Interesting. I agree with Adriana. The Dream Thieves is my favorite, but I really liked Blue Lily, Lily Blue as well.

I've only read the prologue so far but (view spoiler)[ I think it was quite obvious Gansey knew he was going to die, he has done so much research he must have come across St Mark's Eve before and known what it meant. I can't decide if I think it was classic Gansey or a bit too saintly even for him that he wasn't at all mad at Blue for not telling him. (hide spoiler)]

Poor boy, this is all happening while Blue and Gansey are at some bloody party. I'm glad Adam confronted Blue about her relationship with Gansey but I think he was unnecessarily mad. If I was Blue I would have hid my feelings too, not only was she with Adam first which would cause problems, she can't kiss anyone anyway so that would be a burden on their relationship. Do you ever get really annoyed when characters are having a fight and there is something that one of them could say to end it, but they can't seem to come up with those right words? That's how I felt when (view spoiler)[Adam got mad at Blue for not telling him about her and Gansey's relationship. The reason she and Gansey didn't tell Adam is because they didn't want to hurt him. So I was yelling at Blue in my head during that scene to just tell him that, instead of those other excuses. I understand Adam's hurt, but I think it was misdirected. I think he was also afraid though of how this could affect their group dynamics or of Blue or Gansey hurting the other, and he turned his fear into anger. (hide spoiler)]

Chapter thirty three (view spoiler)[ Okay, so I don't usually buy into 'ships' but I'm totally on board with Pynch now. I mean, Ronan's first kiss being Adam when he puts on this tough guy attitude? It's just way to cute. I re-read Adam's description of the kiss like four times it was so good. I find it a bit weird that they've put together this party, it seems very unlike Ronan but I am loving his new attitude. (hide spoiler)]

I can just feel it, there is to many unanswered questions and I'm not satisfied with what happened with Glyndwr. After all that they couldn't wake him up and it turns out Noah saved Gansey!!? Like, ugh so many emotions right now, I'm happy Noah is such a good friend but it pisses me off a little that we have all been as excited as Gansey to find Glyndwr and then... nothing. I think I might go and reread this entire book sometime soon their relationship was that good. The tension was real at some points, I wish we saw more from them. I kind of wish their relationship built up from The Raven Boys.

Yeah, in the first one, Adam and Blue were a thing and Ronan wasn't really a main character.

Glendower ended up not really being involved in anything. I actually found his inability to wake up a bit disappointing, but I guess not THAT surprising.

I wish there had been more Calla. I really liked her as a character and she was totally absent from this book.

What happens to Artemus now? Glendower's daughter?
