Deleting my author program and all my books

You might be able to unclaim your author profile by contacting staff -- but the author profile would still stay on goodreads because the books were published works.
If your books have been pulled from publication or are out of print (no longer available for sale), a librarian can note that for you in the book description.
ETA: the above was start of my original post; I deleted later more explanatory text (about book itself versus published book data) in light of Rivka's later comment. Sufficient to say to contact staff.

GR isn't a bookseller nor does it keep physical/digital copies of your work(s). It's more along the line of a book catalog and/or library listing. Therefore, if these books were ever published, they more than likely will not be removed from the GR database.
It would not be considered a copyright issue as GR is not disseminating your work.
