Adding an "author-wrote" book

I have two problems. Under the category "author-wrote" books, only my first three books are listed. Please list my fourth book, The Thundering Path of Spirit, and change the number to (4).

Also, under the books I've read, on page three The Thundering Path of Spirit is listed twice, and I don't know how to remove one of the listings. If possible, please just leave the softcover edition.
