Unable to create a new series

Hi,

I've been trying to create a new series for my two books,

The Bloodless Assassin (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...)
and The Black Orchid (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...)

but when I click on 'add a series' in the book details page, I just get taken back to the Goodreads homepage. Could you please help me to create the series The Viper and the Urchin and add both those books?
