The 5th Wave question

File this under "guilty pleasure". Quick read. Intriguing story in the young adult/sci fi/end of the world corner.

I really liked it! I am currently reading the second book. To be honest I usually never read books about alien invasions and apocalypses but I very much enjoyed this book. I wrote a review on it which I will paste here:
In this world of alien invasions and great mass destruction, I personally admire how the author allowed Cassie to have a school crush that she encounters after all the waves of catastrophic events. She sees him again after all they have been through with the waves and it shows you how really life-changing and surreal it would be to be put through those torturous waves.

I loved it a lot, i bought it thinking i wasnt going to like it and i wouldnt finish it, it really suprised me.

Not my type of book to read, but I did enjoy it. I even bought the sequel to see what happens!

I believe the plot was developing very slow from the start....... and all the action happened in the last 100 pages..... It was a good book and I'm thinking about reading the sequel.
