I'm thinking of introducing Read-a-thon in the group..the short version..like 3 days every month may be.. What do you think?

When do you think we should do it? Beginning, middle or end of the month?

Maybe we should start with once in the beginning of the month. Then, as per popularity, we can do it twice a month. Once at the beginning of the month and then in the middle.
