Hey Ruchi and Shilpa! Do you think we should arrange to send a newsletter to our group members every month? I have seen some other groups do that.

I was thinking of 1 newsletter a month, with all the ongoing challenges and BOTM infos. What more do you plan on including if we send 3 a month?

How's this? One with all the ongoing challenges before the start of each month, and the second with BOTM infos since our BOTM starts from the middle of the month and we can include the ongoing challenges in it too. We'll just send a separate one exclusive for the voting poll only.

Good idea....we'll do that.

#1 : ongoing challenges before the start of each month
#2 : BOTM infos (suggestions for BOTMs)

We can send another short msg to members when they have to vote for the polls.

We can just send 'em the second one directly....on the 10th when the voting of the polls ends.

N ok i'l put up something regarding music by tonight..
And as far as BR n Scavenger hunts r concerned they haven't been updated fr a long time now. May be we could remove the previous threads and create some new.
then see if the participation improves!

I almost forgot that thr is a folder for BR here! :P

I like your ideas, maybe we should re-create those threads with pics or something. And announce about them in the newsletter. I only remembered about the BR thread while doing the buddy read for NBTR group :P
