Genres Won't Populate

I've added popular shelves for my book Erosions (The Careless #1). I know some people have added it in those same genres yet the genres won't populate. Is something wrong?

i mean there are no genres even though about 20 people have shelved it. and i went to that topic, all it is is banter back and forth saying that there is a problem.

Comment 14 is from GR staff member explaining why there are no genres and shelves. Most of those 7 pages are us requesting them back. Maybe you can support us if you like to see those!

Most of the people that have shelved you book have shelved it on the to-read shelf, so unless other people shelve it on the same shelves as you the genre box is NOT going to appear. (why? see comment 14)
