Where to find a good editor

Not promo really, but I'm just finishing up hacking about my second novel and am trying to find an editor to look it over before I self publish it.

I'm in Australia but happy to work with someone elsewhere. Any self publishers got any suggestions for me on a good editor?

It's such a big topic these days, Sirius--I suggest you ask your question not here but in the much-more-lively "authors' groups" scattered over Goodreads. These are groups dedicated to questions exactly like these, and they have a wealth of lore for you. Self-publishing, self-marketing, mastering Amazon, finding a cover artist, finding an editor, etc. You can easily discover these groups using keywords in the Goodreads 'groups' section.
