Cool! That makes me want to read it even more, as I write the kind of stuff I like to read :) I've requested it from the library :)

Storm Arashi (stormarashi) | 1130 comments Everything, Everything by Nicola Yoon Finally got my copy of this in from the library. Everyone in my town reads so slow!!!

Ha! I used to be a fast reader, but now I've become a slow one. However, when I get a library book that I know has a waiting list, I always make an effort to finish quickly :)

message 2704: by Storm (new)

Storm Arashi (stormarashi) | 1130 comments Yeah they put a special restriction on this kind of read where it has a huge waiting list. I would've only had it for three days. I devoured it in two hours. XD

I tend to keep my library books awhile, so if I see there's a hold waiting for it, I just go ahead and return it--unless I REALLY want to read it, then I just read it quickly--and then just check it out again later.

Storm Arashi (stormarashi) | 1130 comments ^ This. I plowed through Everything, Everything in about two hours and then Eliza and Her Monsters in about three. Some books take longer depending on everything else.

I finished Between Shades of Gray by Ruta Sepetys . Heartbreaking, beautiful read. I liked Salt to the Sea quite a lot better, but I still feel this book was an important story to tell.

Now I am reading Dawn of Wonder (The Wakening, #1) by Jonathan Renshaw to find out what all the hype is about :)

Rose (The_Calm_Reader) (roselittlebookowl75) | 1372 comments Just finished reading an ARC of The Breakdown by B.A. Paris yesterday!!!! It was soooo good!!! It wasn't as tension-high as Behind Closed Doors but still really good! Five twisted suspenseful stars!! Love B.A. Paris and can't wait to see what she writes next!!!

Still trying to decide what to read next! I'm thinking about This is Reckless by Kennedy Fox or It Ain't Me Babe by Tillie Cole! I'm still also working my way through Outlander, about 160 pages in!!!

Yeah, I did. I also got more read than I expected to, given that we had workmen around during part of the month, and Lilie arriving towards the end of it.

Sky (mikotea) | 276 comments just finished A Darker Shade of Magic (Shades of Magic, #1) by V.E. Schwab on audio. I tried reading it when it first came out and I didn't like but I was surprised to discover that I was super intrigued when I put on the audiobook.

I've been in a mini-reading slump. I couldn't get into Dawn of Wonder (The Wakening, #1) by Jonathan Renshaw or Alpha (Code Breakers #1) by Colin F. Barnes , so I moved onto Fireblood (Whispers from Mirrowen, #1) by Jeff Wheeler and I'm really enjoying it so far! 20% in :)

Ellen Wookey (mooneyes199) | 1 comments A few days ago I just finished Susan McEachern new book called Shag Lake by Susan McEachern . Actually the prequel is free on Amazon right now.
I was surprised with Shag Lake because of the events that were mentioned happened to be based off true event in my home country. Total Roswell feel to it.
