Its classic Laini Taylor, wordy but absolutely beautiful writing.

Thanks Jenny, that's helpful. I'm sure I'll pick it up eventually. There were just one or two people who liked her previous trilogy who were not huge fans of this that made me hesitate. But I'm pretty sure I'll enjoy it!

I'm only 60 pages in, and it's classic Laini Taylor. You have to read her slowly because of her beautiful although wordy writing. I'm thinking of switching to audio. I'll see how I do this afternoon. I did her DoSaB series on audio and loved that one.

Let us know about Into the Water. The publisher is going bonkers with the marketing.

Has anyone read Nightblade by Garrett Robinson ? It's really good and the author is a cool guy. I'm planning a multi-author epic fantasy promo with him and a few others :) If you like Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time series you may enjoy this one.

Really enjoying this first book in The Elemental Series. Have to go order the others. Maybe I can talk the husband into getting them for my birthday the end of the month? Hmmm....
