I'm currently buddy reading
with @Harlee and @Donna and my IG friend Brooke! I have just reached Chapter 4 and its pretty good so far!I'm also still reading
, which is also very good!! It initially took me a while to get into this book and I actually put it down for a week and then picked it back up and am now enjoying it! I'm such a mood reader!
David wrote: "Side note: do I say "awesome" a lot? :P"Yeah, you say it a lot. But no worries... Awesome is an awesome word. ;)
David I say awesome and use !!!!!! more on here that I ever do in real life. I have to appropriately portray how excited I am!!!
Well said, Heidi. There's so much negativity in the world that being positive (and saying awesome all the time) is a good thing! :)

Ditto that Heidi!!!!!!!!!! :P
I've finnished both Pathfinder Legends - Mummy's Mask, Chapter 4: Secrets of the Sphinx and Stars Above. After that, I read The Kitchen Imps and Other Dark Tales. Now I'm reading Blithering Genius.
I finished there Raven boys and am starting the dream thieves. I want to be all caught up when the last book comes out
Aliza wrote: "I finished there Raven boys and am starting the dream thieves. I want to be all caught up when the last book comes out"Yay!! I hope to start re-reading The Dream Thieves within the next couple days. :)
Just finished:
Really liked it! Cool world-building and characters, and it was very addicting and suspenseful. I look forward to reading the sequel.
And now I'm starting:
I don't know why it's taken me so long to get around to reading this! Hopefully it's just as awesome as the first two books. :)
Just finished reading Reddened Wasteland by Kyle Perkins yesterday and have started reading The Company Store by H. D. Gordon
Just finished
It took me a long time to get into it (nearly 100 pages), and I nearly gave up, but both Wendi and David encouraged me to keep going. And I'm so glad that I did.
There came a moment in the book where the action picked up--and it never stopped. I liked this one way more than the first.
So many twists--and a huge reveal. Can't wait to get my hands on
@Brigid - the sequel, A Gathering of Shadows, is so amazing! I absolutely loved ADSOM and I was mostly just hoping the sequel would be nearly as good and Schwab blew me away with AGOS. Honestly, I like it even more than the first and that's saying something! I can't wait for you to read it!
just finished
and it was amazing, loved it, but the cliff at the end made me want to strangle somebody

I requested it from the library and hopefully I will get it soon. :D
Im currently reading "great expectations" by Charles dickens. love the story, but the writing sure is hard to understand. It's almost like watching a foreign film without any subtitles.
Lanie wrote: "Im currently reading "great expectations" by Charles dickens. love the story, but the writing sure is hard to understand. I think part of the problem is that at the time he wrote it, Dickens was paid by the word ... so there's quite a bit of padding in the writing, haha. :P The story/characters are great, though.

Yay! Be prepared to read the 4th Unwind book immediately after this one as it ends at the most random place because the author originally planned to only have three books. THe 3rd and the 4th books, when taken together, are EPIC. SO GOOD.

Great!!! I tried to start it the night I finished Golden Son, but I couldn't keep my eyes open and managed to read just the first page.
Putting
on hold until David and Elora start it... ;)
Still reading

I am reading
. I'm still reading
-I put it down before to read all 10 of the Shadowhunter Academy books and I'm glad I did. They were great novellas and definitely add to the series. :)
I'm currently reading "Homage to Catalonia".
I'll be satisfied if it is half as good as "1984" . I like Orwell's style of writing.
Reading and reviewing THE SCATTERED AND THE DEAD
for author Tim McBain. It is very well written and I am liking the story. It does have some language but is appropriate for the characters and situations.

But I'm excited to read the fourth one, I've heard it's amazing! :)
Lanie wrote: "Lol. Ugh paid by the word is the worst. I love Pip & joe so far though. :D"Aww yes, love the relationship between Pip and Joe! Joe is so sweet. :)

Finished:
It was not my favorite of the series so far, but I still really enjoyed it. Looking forward to reading book 4 and finally completing the series! :)
This weekend I plan to re-read:
Not sure if I'll get to both, but I'm going on a bit of a road trip with my family––so I'm hoping to finish at least one of them. :P
