((okie :3))

Starla nodded. She pulled out her sword and headed out of the field and into the dense trees.

message 102: by [deleted user] (new)

((Like 10 people I think.))

Petra followed Starla, her bow drawn and fitted with an arrow. "We should be very careful, the Gamemakers are already trying to split us up, so there's quite a chance that the food and water will be poisoned."

message 103: by Magnus (new)

Magnus ((wow only like four have moved))

message 104: by Crystal (new)

Crystal (wisegirlonfire) Eliane looked at Silver. "What now until they get back?"

message 105: by [deleted user] (new)

((XD))

Starla nodded at what Petra had said.

message 106: by [deleted user] (new)

Petra picked her way through the trees, following Starla closely.

message 107: by [deleted user] (new)

Starla spotted a small rabbit hopping slowly among dense ferns. Starla silently pointed.

message 108: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman "Um.. Collect wood and any type of sticky material." Silver answered making a pile of wood.

message 109: by [deleted user] (new)

Starla glanced at her two swords and cursed to herself. She couldn't hunt with swords... what was she thinking?

message 110: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman ((Use the scythe. XD))

message 111: by [deleted user] (new)

((oh... I forgot you gave me a scythe and not a sword L_L))

She gripped her scythe and took a deep breath.

message 112: by [deleted user] (new)

Petra aimed her bow at the rabbit, sending Starla a questioning look. She wasn't sure if she should shoot, but figured that the arrow would be quicker than Starla's scythe.

message 113: by [deleted user] (new)

She nodded at Petra. They needed food, and the arrow was their best shot.

((BAD DUM.... tshhhh))

message 114: by [deleted user] (new)

((Haha))

Petra squinted, pulling the arrow back. She released it, and it hit the rabbit in the throat. Not her best shot, but the creature was dead.

message 115: by [deleted user] (new)

Starla bolted up and sprinted to the rabbit. She picked it up by the feet. Blood trickled down the arrow. She shuddered as she yanked it out. "Dinner?"

message 116: by [deleted user] (new)

Petra took the arrow back, wiping it on some grass, and returning it to her quiver. "Absolutely! Hopefully the others will have their shelter up by now."

message 117: by [deleted user] (new)

She nodded as she carried it to their camp. She looked around to make sure there were no other competitors. "Let's go."

message 118: by [deleted user] (new)

Petra hurried after Starla, towards their camp.

message 119: by [deleted user] (new)

Starla arrived. She flopped the rabbit on a flat stone. "Dinner..." She wiped her bloody hands on her suit.

message 120: by [deleted user] (new)

"How's the shelter going?" Petra nodded to the others. She settled down on the dirt, pulling her short, dark hair from her sweaty face.

message 121: by [deleted user] (new)

Starla sat down too, massaging her knees.

message 122: by Crystal (new)

Crystal (wisegirlonfire) Eliane had been collecting wood in the mean time. She hadn't found any sticky stuff. "Pretty good I suppose."

message 123: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman "Does anyone have anything to stick this together?" Silver asked staring at the pile.

message 124: by [deleted user] (new)

Petra rummaged through her small backpack, shaking her head. "Unfortunately, no." She replied.

message 125: by [deleted user] (new)

"Um... I have rabbit blood." She pointed at the dead rabbit.

message 126: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman Silver looked at the rabbit. "For some reason I doubt that would work."

message 127: by [deleted user] (new)

Starla sighed. "Right right..."

message 128: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman Silver took out the weird bags of stuff. "I wonder what is in here." Silver opened it.

message 129: by [deleted user] (new)

Starla shrugged and played with a curl of her hair.

message 130: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman ((What's in the bag?))

message 131: by [deleted user] (new)

Petra almost laughed, despite the dangerously serious position they were in. "I'd look for vines, but it's not the right terrain. We could try long grass." She fingered the thin material of her jumper. "I'd figure that there's got to be water nearby, too."

message 132: by [deleted user] (new)

Starla nodded. "Bound to be."

message 133: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman Silver snapped her fingers. "That's it! Long grass and vines. I thought I was missing something." Silver looked around.

((I had to ask my mom what to do. XD))

message 134: by [deleted user] (new)

((Nice))

Starla smiled. "Yeah... sooo. Who's going to go get it?"

message 135: by [deleted user] (new)

Petra shrugged. "I could, I suppose."

message 136: by Magnus (new)

Magnus A tracker jacker lands softly on Starla"s shoulder.

message 137: by [deleted user] (new)

Starla didnt notice. "Ok cool. Ill just skin this rabbit.

message 138: by [deleted user] (new)

Petra didn't notice the tracker jacker either, as she turned towards the Forrest, her bow at the ready. "I'll be back in a bit." She said softly, slinging her backpack over her shoulder.

message 139: by Crystal (new)

Crystal (wisegirlonfire) Eliane was focused on making sure their makeshift shelter would stay up.

message 140: by Magnus (new)

Magnus A tracker jacker softly lands on Peetrea's shoulder.

message 141: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman Silver looked up at Petra and Starla. "Uh.. guys? Look at your shoulders." Silver slowly stood up.

((what are in the bags? And what are tracker jackers?))

message 142: by Magnus (new)

Magnus ((have you opened the bags?))

message 143: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman ((I've opened one.))

message 144: by [deleted user] (new)

Starla slowly turned. She stiffened. "G-guys...."

message 145: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman ((What are they?))

message 146: by [deleted user] (new)

((Tracker jackers))

message 147: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman ((I didn't read they books. What are they?))

message 148: by [deleted user] (new)

((Basically really bad wasps on steroids))

message 149: by Eve O. Spellman (new)

Eve O. Spellman ((Thx. Now I why they're bad.))

message 150: by [deleted user] (new)

((They are wasp creatures. They used to be able to track Rebels. When they sting, you hallucinate and your skin sorta melts off. Yay! Anyway, like 2 stings will kill you.))

Very slowly, Petra moved met head, spying the tracker jacker on her shoulder. She fumbled an arrow from her quiver, trying not to move. There was probably a nest nearby, so they might have to change the location of their camp! Holding the arrow in faintly trembling hands, she drove in through the large body of the TJ, and into her shoulder a bit. She winced in pain as she pulled it out, throwing the dead TJ to the ground.
"Dang. I didn't mean for that to pierce me! It's not deep, though." She pressed her hand against the wound to stifle the blood flow.
