I'll be picking it up soon, but I have a couple others to get through first. (Also, I'm waiting for my reading copy to show up in the mail.)

OK, I read the introduction and the first chapter or two. Honestly, my chief thought at this point is that I really wish this one was available for Kindle -- I haven't read a physical book in two or three months.
My BAF copy is in kind of rough shape, so I ordered the Del Rey edition, which is an exact reprint of BAF except for the cover, and which turned out to be a really, really nice copy, aside from not being actual BAF.And "Mispec Moor" is "Compromise". That's one of the few anagrams I know, although I know it because I read it somewhere, not because I worked it out.
Glad they kept the Pape illustrations, although the frontispiece is ... unsubtle.

I don't think it was banned? I assume that if that had been the case, Carter would've mentioned it in his introduction.
(Which reminds me: I've read all of the Cabell in the BAF, but I still haven't read Jurgen.)
Anagrams:(view spoiler)
I'm sure I missed about a million others, especially some of those women with names like Ev-something.
