Once he/she arrives in England she continues to dress as a boy because that is how her father raised her. Her mother is dead at an early age. Eventually she is found out and must marry her guardian for proprietary sake.

No idea on the cover art. Read it since January 2012 because that is when I got a kindle.
She lived with her guardian as younger brother and both were happy. Then a great Aunt or some such relative reveals she was in India about the time she was born but thought the baby was a girl not a boy. The ward produces her birth certificate. They must marry because they have been living in the same house without a chaperone. They produce female clothing for her and she doesn't even know how to get dressed. The Aunt helps her dress. Then they decide she must learn to dance and how to preside over a dinner table, etc. She fights it but knows it is for the best. The guardian is angry but does what he must. The Aunt knows they were best friends and eventually will translate into love.
