Kelly (kellyleann32) | 219 comments When you say to post the highest number of pages available, does it matter if it's in a language I don't speak/read?? I would assume yes, but I wanted to double check. There's a Spanish edition of Throne of Glass that is 500 pages....

Absolutely loving it and it will be one of my favourite reads of the year for sure. I've had a busy weekend and beginning to this week as I went away to London. I'm hoping to finish two of my reads either tonight or tomorrow and definitely get reviews up tomorrow too.

message 114: by Kirsty (new)

Kirsty (kirstysreviews) | 84 comments Finished The Perks of Being a Wallflower earlier so review will be going up shortly. I'm such an emotional wreck with book endings recently, I cried like a baby for the last few chapters.

message 117: by Katherine (new)

Katherine | 16 comments still reading Truthwitch and mosquitoland. I have this week off!

message 118: by Kirsty (new)

Kirsty (kirstysreviews) | 84 comments How are you liking Mosquitoland? I read that one last year and really enjoyed it.
I'm taking part in the Ready Player One buddy read that starts this weekend, so I started that earlier today as its my current audiobook. I'm enjoying it so much, I have a feeling it's going to be one of my favourite reads of the year (another one). I'm having such a great reading month in terms of how much I'm enjoying my books. I'm also currently reading For His Pleasure, which I've had on my Kindle for so long now so it feels good to finally be reading it. That said, my reading has been very limited this week. I've got a very relaxed week coming up, so I'm hoping to get a good amount of reading done.
I also need to start reading Glass Sword tomorrow as I'm taking part in the buddy read for that one too.

Kelly (kellyleann32) | 219 comments Hi Olivia! Welcome to Team Dallas!!

message 124: by Kelly (new)

Kelly (kellyleann32) | 219 comments Hi Team! I'm scheduled for a 60+ hour work week over the next 7 days, so I won't be able to read as much as I would like. Hopefully I'll still be able to finish a couple of books though.

How is everyone doing?

message 125: by Kirsty (new)

Kirsty (kirstysreviews) | 84 comments Hi Olivia, welcome to the team. I personally read a wide variety of books because otherwise I'd get bored. I have to make a conscious effort to mix up my genres with each new book I start because otherwise I get restless and start reading the speed of a snail.

That's a rough working week Kelly, I feel for you after having a few weeks like that myself during the last month or two. Working those sorts of hours made me grumpy because I was too tired to get any reading done.

I finished a shorter ebook I'd been reading for the challenge earlier and got my review up, so I'm happy. I actually really enjoyed For His Pleasure (For His Pleasure, #1) by Kelly Favor even though it's not typically the sort of book I normally read. As I said above, it works out well for me to mix up my genres and so I flew through this.
I'm thoroughly enjoying Ready Player One, it's fantastic and I can't recommend it enough. I'm probably going to finish Ready Player One by mid way through this week. I'm about to start Glass Sword, a few days late due to being busy at work. All in all, having a wonderful reading time currently.

message 126: by Jackie (new)

Jackie (jackiegirl02) | 4452 comments I finished Bitterblue earlier today. I'll have the review up later tonight or tomorrow. I'm planning on starting The Immortal Rules this week.

message 138: by Katherine (new)

Katherine | 16 comments I am but Im going for serious.

message 139: by Kirsty (new)

Kirsty (kirstysreviews) | 84 comments I am too, but I'm also going for serious because I think I will be able to read like a maniac next month, whereas this month things keep on popping up and slowing me down.

That said, I'm making very good progress with Ready Player One, which is a buddy read for me. I'm hoping to finish it by the weekend.
Also hoping to have my other buddy read finished by the end of the weekend too, which is Glass Sword. From there I have a novella I can pick up and then a few short reads, so I have time to read a decent amount still for this month.

message 140: by Madelyn (new)

Madelyn Rose | 447 comments I will do serious-- I need motivation again

message 141: by Stormy (new)

Stormy | 2515 comments Yeah I'm in for fun again because I only get weekends off sometimes a few days during the week
