Oy vey. The average rating of this book was 5.1 among the six members of our group. It's always fun to discuss a new book we may have never chosen to read for ourselves.

It forced us to evaluate what it is about comics that we like so much. Its not the characters. Its not the existential experience. Its not even the brilliant artwork and tricks of the comic book trade. We each have a different relationship to comics. (this paragraph should be read knowing its read by the guy who does the voice over for the wonder years.)
