"Odd they normally take me first." Levi sighed rubbing his forehead once they were out of earshot.

"Sister is covered in blood worse than you 88 let it be for now and they will probably want to make sure the two of us are wearing the harness properly." Rowan shrugged. "They took sister for a shower eyebrows will be back to take one of us soon."

Aelic nodded at that explanation, before moving to lean against the bars nearest the corridor. It was now obvious when he thought about it, the others were covered in dried blood that was quite disgusting (he has been around them for a couple of hours now so it had slipped his mind). 'Will they take me?' he asked curiously, since he wasn't covered in blood etc.

"Yeah they don't want you to stink because it will disturb their fun with us." Rowan said rolling his eyes.

"Surprisingly fowl body odour can prevent some of us from being triggered and by some I mean the twins." Levi sighed.

"What can I say it gives us something to focus on." Rowan shrugged.

Aelic quirked his eyebrow at that but otherwise said nothing. Fair enough! He thought to himself, pleased he will be able to shower regardless. As another thought crossed his mind, he scanned for the guards heat signatures before voicing it. 'Can't you focus on something else to keep from triggering?' He asked, wondering if there was anyway having himself here could help the twins. (ie. noise etc)

"Not really we have tried before with different things but they never really worked. The only thing that we know works is fowl body odour but not sweat. It's hard to explain but it works." Rowan shrugged and Levi grimaced.

"Yeah that was fun you two stank for a week and it was disgusting." He shuddered.

Aelic hummed non-committedly at that, slightly disappointed he couldn't help but he hadn't been expecting to anyway. Shrugging, he was just about to speak when he caught a guards heat signature approaching. Clicking his fingers once, he gestured quickly with his head towards the dungeon door before settling back into a blank cold expression as the door swung open.

Rowan rested his back against the back wall and Levi leaned against the bars that linked his and Aelin's cells watching as Erwin walked down first and opened Aelins cell for her as she approached. Aelin walked towards her cell listening for Levi's heartbeat and breath so she knew where she was going and walked back into her cell with wet hair and fur. Petra unchained her and walked out before Erwin closed the door and tossed an old brush to the champion who caught it with ease since it had a slight rattle to it.

"Come on huntsman your turn." Erwin said looking Rowan in the eye since they were close in height. Rowan was taller if you counted his ears and was not even a centimetre shorter if you didn't. Rowan sighed and walked closer to the cell door as it was unlocked.

"Captain could you please tie Snow White's hair back so it is perfect for her first match later today?" Petra asked and Levi tsked before shrugging.

"Fine but I want soup for dinner." He countered and she nodded with a smile before following Erwin and Rowan out the door. "Come here Snow so I can brush your hair." He sighed taking the brush from Aelin's hand.

"So what happened whilst I was gone?" She asked.

Aelic watched as Petra and Erwin brought Aelin back to her cell, impressed that she managed to catch the brush ((he has known her for a while now so the whole walking into her cell was just normal now)). She looked like a drowned rat, her ears sagging slightly, but at least she was clean. He watched as Rowan walked away to shower and Levi began brushing Aelin's hair through the bars. Aelic relaxed as their heat signatures faded and chuckled a little at her question. 'Nothing Snow. You weren't exactly gone long.'

"You never know what you guys could get up to whilst the girls are gone. Ow 88 don't pull my hair like that it hurts." She whined when Levi pulled her hair harshly reafing her head back.

"Not all men are slobs and disgusting pigs." He hissed fangs slipping out.

"It was a joke now let go it hurts." She whined trying to reach Levi's hand behind her but he was too far away for her to reach. "Please 88." She begged and he sighed.

"You should know by now I hate filth and jokes like that anger me quickly." He sighed retracting his fangs.

"Geez I mean you could have taught brother to count whilst I was gone and left me out of it." She whined rubbing the back of her head to soothe the pain.

"You have still managed to maintain your innocence." He sighed and she frowned.

"I am anything but innocent I have killed many people, men, women and children. I am no saint." She said frowning.

Aelic frowned at their argument, confused. What were they talking about? He listened to the conversation further, trying to comprehend, but it was obvious he was missing something here. Aelic usually would have asked right there and then, he hated not understanding, but something told him now wasn't a good time. Later then. Instead he decided to reply to the part he at least understood. 'No one is a saint Snow.' He said softly, yet firmly. She may have done some bad things, but she didn't want to. It was forced upon her, she did it to survive. Thats what counted. And that does in no way condem her. Or any of them.

"They are all forgiven for their sins I can not be forgiven for I can not asked the peopleI killed for forgiveness." She recited almost like she had read a book aloud.

"So you do listen to me." Levi smirked.

"Yeah sometimes you come up with some good stuff so it pays to pay attention." She shrugged as Levi started to braid her hair in two braids at the top of her head and bringing them together before tying it off at the end and winding it into a tight bun at the back of her head and tied it with a large black ribbon.

Aelic looked at her sadly, wishing he could ease her pain. In a way she was right, yet he had to believe that those who regret their bad actions can be saved. For all their sakes. 'Perhaps. But perhaps not.' He said with a shrug before looking up at the ceiling of his cell. 'The gods shall decide.' he whispered, almost to himself.

"How did you get your tail so matted in the bath?" Levi asked struggling to brush the heavily matted fur of Aelins tail.

"Winter and blood are not a good combination for me. Once I wash out the blood my fur matts because it loses all of the good stuff in it that keeps it fluffy since I have to use harsh soap down here not the soft shampoo you tell me to use out there." She sighed wincing as Levi pulled her fur with the brush.

"Nearly done." He sighed finally reaching the sensitive end of her tail making her hiss slightly in pain from the fur being pulled. "There done your welcome." He said passing her the brush and sitting in his hammock as Erwin returned with Rowan. The champions remained silent as they took Levi away so he could get clean and Rowan sighed.

"Pass me the brush sister." Rowan said and Aelin walked to the bars of her cage and tossed the brush as close to Rowan as she could.

Aelic smiled at Aelin's pouty expression, doubtful she even knew she was doing it. He watched as the guards came back and took Levi away, before turning to Rowan who had just grabbed the brush and was attempting to brush his own matted tail. Rolling his eyes, Aelic walked swiftly over to the bars he shared with Rowan and stuck out a hand (palm up). At Rowan's confused look, Aelic scoffed lightly and grinned. 'You're getting nowhere like that Huntsman. Let me.'

"Fine." Rowan sighed handing Aelic the brush and sitting down infront of him. "Just brush my tail I can do my hair my self." He stated he had no need for Aelic to brush his hair since he brushed it everyday and often helped Aelin with her own hair. She could brush it herself but often could not put it up as easily as Rowan could and often got her hair caught in the cuffs on her gloves.

Aelic just smiled and nodded gracefully, sitting down cross-legged and pulling Rowan's tail into his lap. As he brushed the knots out of the other boys tail, he hummed the ancient Aiden melody he had sung before, strangely finding the repeated action soothing.

Rowan winced as the fur on his tail was pulled and and growled once Aelic had finished. "Hey the snake is more gentle than 88 so stop complaining." Aelin said flatly as Rowan started to brush his hair.

"My tail is.." He started with a ribbon in his teeth.

"Just as sensitive as mine if not less sensitive since I can't you know. So I feel everything." She said waving a hand in front of her face. "Finish your hair quickly brother 88 has just finished his bath on the floor above he will becoming down soon."

Aelic just grinned and chuckled softly at the twins banter, rolling his eyes at Rowan's disgruntled face. He stood up from his cross-legged position and leant against the bars, waiting for the guards to bring Levi back. He was a little nervous that he was going to be alone with people who possibly knew his true identity (and would happily use it against him) but doubted they would hurt him. Still, he couldn't help shifting a little and subconsciously biting his lip. The guards heat signatures registered in his peripheral and he clicked his fingers to warn the twins (mainly Rowan since Aelin probably knew). He schooled his face into blank disinterest as the dungeon doors were flung open.

"There you three are all squeaky clean now time for the snake. Come on 21 your turn." Petra smiled leaving Levi with a small hand towel for his hair. Levi sat down in his hammock and continued to dry his hair in clean clothes. Rowan finished brushing out his hair and tossed the brush to his sister who caught it. She sighed and passed the brush to Levi.

"Get going snake you stink." Levi scowled but not showing any emotion or care for the snake.

Aelic kept his face blank but inside he was giggling at Petra's childish and joyful words (I mean seriously, who says that?!). He slowly stretched, taking his time, and meandered out of his cell. At Levi's words, he let himself grin viciously, knowing exactly how to respond (Sue him, he was bored and this sounded fun!). Turning on the spot and facing Levi, face cold yet eyes sparking with mischief, Aelic responded. 'I at least had the common decency not to comment on the prevailing stench of this place, but since you've brought it up....I wasn't the only one in need of a bath, 88.' He said with a raised eyebrow, internally laughing at Levi's slightly widened eyes, before turning on the spot and following the guards out of the dungeon towards the bathing room.

Levi smirked as the snake left. "Now I see why you like the snake Snow White." He smirked hanging the towel up and brushing his hair.

"The snake has spunk." She shrugged laying down in her hammock on her side waiting for Aelic to return.

"It is nice to finally see you make friends Snow White." Petra said walking back to the champions.

Aelic was taken up to the bathing area by Erwin, where he gratefully washed off the accumulated grime of the dungeons. It briefly floated into his mind that they hadn't given him his suppressant in a few days and he could feel his venom returning (albeit very slowly), so what was there to stop him from biting Erwin, however he quickly dismissed that thought. He didn't have enough venom for a complete dose and Erwin was this massive statue of rippling muscle and physical threat. Considering Aelic's less than impressive strength or fighting knowledge, he doubted he would get very far. Quickly getting dressed he walked back to the dungeons in silence, keenly aware of Erwin's sharp gaze on the back of his neck. Aelic tried not to flinch when he was shoved back into his cell and heard the ominous click of the lock. Damn he hated this place! Turning, he tried to find where the hair brush had gotten, feeling his long wet hair brushing his knees and getting tangled.

Levi finished his hair and tossed the brush across the corridor.

"Snow White your fight is in three hours get ready ok." Petra said before leaving.

"Looking at us you would never guess that white hair is rare and black is one of the most common." Levi smirked after Petra left trying to skirt around the fight soon to come.

"You suck at avoiding fights 88." Aelin groaned getting out of her hammock and starrting to stretch slowly.

Aelic struggled to contain his grin at Levi's words (it was true! Look at the distribution of hair colour here!). He reached out of his bars to grab the hairbrush and then began to brush his wet hair, hissing slightly at the knots. Aelic couldn't help but tense at the reminder of Aelin's fight. Three hours...so soon. All he could do was pray she came out of it unscathed, but he couldn't help his mounting worry as the time to fight came closer. 'Snow....can we help in anyway?' He asked timidly, knowing it was pretty much useless but feeling to compulsion to ask anyway.

"Don't do anything to trigger my fox." She sighed dropping down into a reverse bridge face up. She then slowly pulled herself up into a handstand from there and took a deep breath.

"Hey Snow you should be doing your acrobatic forms right now not these easy ones." Levi sighed watching her.

"I know. I know I was getting there." She sighed before pacing out her cell carefully this one was larger than her other one and she could work on her flips and cartwheels.

DuskFox | 1439 comments Mod
All righty then, descriptive! Aelic thought to himself with a sigh. He knew what the twins triggers were, but other than that, he had no idea if there was any other way to trigger their foxes. He should probably have asked but Aelin was already doing her acrobatic cool stuff and distracting her probably wouldn't help. Instead he just rolled his eyes and finished brushing his hair, keeping a close eye on Aelin and resolving to try not to anything...well, triggering. Whatever. 'You're so bendy Snow. Is that just practise or do you have a different bone structure like me?' He asked, suddenly remembering that the White Snake Goddess had once told him he had a funky snake-like spine.

Aelin took a slow deep breath and came back down onto her feet and exhaled slowly. "Both after so many years of these exercises I am extra bendy." She answered before walking on her hands around her cell with her knees bent.

"Flexible. You are flexible Snow. Snake you should know the right word." Levi scowled Aelic. "Balance on your left arm now." He instructed watching as Aelin straightened out her spine and pointed her toes before lifting her right hand off the ground. After a few moments she split her legs pulling off perfect splits whilst on one hand. "1, 2, 3...." Levi started counting getting up to 30 before Aelin had to swap arms and start again. "Your getting better."

"Yes but not good enough the bones in my hand should have healed by now." She growled slightly stretching her hand slowly as not to disturb her balance.

"Sister so your leg exercises before you destroy the snakes mind completely." Rowan said.

Aelic nodded at that information, intrigued. He huffed and rolled his eyes when Levi glared at him. So what if he used a different word every now and again. They meant the same thing anyway! Ignoring the other man, he continued to watch Aelin, fascinated and exceedingly impressed with her skill. He hadn't realised he had been staring until Rowan commented, then he looked away, blushing.

Aelin nodded and came down before doing the splits and holding her toes infront of her. "Snake can you do this?" She asked sitting almost flat bent against her leg.

Aelic raised his eyebrows and shrugged, but decided to give it a go anyway. Putting one leg forward and the other back, he slowly inched down into a front back split. It was uncomfortable but he was naturally flexible and had done stuff like this before. He had done the sideways splits often in his cell (what can he say, you get bored being kept in one room) so that was easy, but he never really did the front back often (not a comfortable reading position at all). Aelic was mildly surprised he could still do it. 'Huh! Look at that!' He said, surprise colouring his voice before he looked towards Rowan with a grin. 'What was that Huntsman? Looks like I've bested you in this aspect!' Aelic said giggling mischievously.

"Ahh but you can't pick up your own weight. I can throw my weight serveral meters and cause that person to land on their head snapping their neck." Rowan countered telling Aelic to not taunt him if he wants to live.

"Is he touching his toes?" Aelin asked bending over backwards reaching her mid calf with ease but able to get her ankle if she stretched far enough.

"Not yet. Every time I see you doing that you get further everytime." Levi stated watching Aelin.

Aelic just laughed, knowing that Rowan would never hurt him. Giving the other boy a grin he then turned to watch the other two as their voices wretched his attention away. Aelic's eyes widened at Aelin's impressive display of flexibility. 'Wow, you're good!' He said appreciatively before feeling the childish urge to see if he could do it to. Bending forward a little, he felt the slight stretch up his legs. He then inched forward, the extra vertebrae in his spine allowing him to go further than he should have been able. He coudnt get flat like Aelin, but he was close. Sitting back up he then tried to go backwards but almost lost his balance. 'That is a weird stretch!' he said to himself before trying again and getting closer.

"It is but I am known for being flexible so it shouldn't shock you that much." Aelin said trying to reach further back and getting to her mid foot as her back ran flush with her leg and she knew that she could get no further. She held that pose for a few more moments before slowly pulling herself upright and doing sideways spilts and stretching to the the left and right.

"So that small amount of dancing you did was quiet a bit." Levi stated watching Aelin wanting so desperately to tell her to keep her neck inline with her back as her head dipped to the side.

"The dancers did tell me that I was good at the stretches anyway." She responded. "I hate the standing spilts against these walls the grime makes my feet slip." She grumbled before laying back and rolling back into a natural crouch before she found the wall.

"I'll hold your heel for you if you like and I can sit from the roof whilst doing it." Levi offered

"You sure I didn't think you would want to help me like that." She asked and he smirked.

"Yeah it'll be fine besides worst case I turn around and you grind your heel into my back releasing some of the knots." He shrugged.

Aelic just nodded, smiling, knowing it to be true. As Aelin moved into the sideways splits Aelic mirrored her, feeling way more comfortable in this position than the previous one. He chuckled silently at Levi's words, leaning forward to place his elbows on the floor and put his head in his hands. He watched as the others talked and Aelin moved into the strange standing up stretch. 'What's that stretch?' he asked curiously, having never seen it before.

"I don't really know I just know that it works more muscles from your stomach area because you have to right yourself or hold yourself at a corner to your legs." She shrugged gripping her leg below Levi's hand and pulling her side flush with her leg. "88 let go." She whispered quickly and he did before she quickly sat in the centre of her cell and looked like she was meditating.

"Oh ho look at our killer Queen." Erwin mocked and Aelin opened her eyes slowly.

"You want a good show don't you?" She asked. "To fight properly you must first be in the right frame of mind and that is what I'm doing."

"I'm just letting you know you have an hour Snow I am also on the trigger squad this year and your first fight is just you no fox." He sighed. "I would have loved to see you learn to dance if you didn't have claws and fangs you wouldn't be down here and you could dance and challenge the flamingo girl upstairs." He said before walking off and she dropped her head in her hands.

Aelic hummed in understanding. He was just about to speak again when he tensed, sensing an approaching heat signature. He moved out of his split to sit cross-legged at exactly the same time as Aelin quickly spoke to Levi and moved to sit in the centre of her cell in a meditative pose. Just in time to, because a second later Erwin swaggered in, a mocking grin on his face to accompany his words. Aelic felt a small spark of satisfaction at Erwins disgruntled expression when he didn't get a rise out of Aelin, but quickly felt his stomach drop at the rest of his words. The fight was so soon. He was confused however at the dancing part of the mans small speech. Erwin was constantly changing how he acted around them. One minute the man was a kind as Petra and the next, he seemed like every other sick guard in this place. He seemed almost bipolar! For someone like Aelic, who's entire world practically revolved around reading the subtleties of people, of gathering information and sussing out a person to know their next move, someone like Erwin was off putting or disconcerting to say the least. 'I dislike that man.' Aelic said with a hiss after Erwin had left. He then quickly turned his attention to Aelin, who had just dropped her head in her hands. Aelic wanted to ask if she was ok, but it was obvious she wasn't and there was nothing he could do. Looking over to Rowan he asked with eyes what they were supposed to do (afterall, Rowan had been with her his entire life and been through this before, he should know how to help his sister).

"Sister I know it's hard when it is just you and you remember every detail but we are here for you." Rowan said softly as she started shaking they both hated the fights where they weren't triggered.

"Snow come here." Levi commanded softly and pulled her into a hug when she got close enough. "The victim will forgive you. They will always forgive you." He murmured.

"What if they don't? How am I supposed to live with myself being a monster." She whispered before pulling away and sighing. "I can't allow this not now later I can worry later." She said almost to herself. Levi looked at Rowan who nodded slightly and they started to beat a gentle tune on their chests and the ground. It was the same tune that Levi and Aelin sung earlier and it always calmed the twins down. Not long after they started the second verse Aelin started to sway and dance gently to the gentle slow rhythm. Rowan carefully moved closer to Aelic careful not to disturb his sister and he scratched into the dirty floor. 'Sing if you know the words it calms her'

Aelic bit his lip hard, eyes full of sympathy for Aelin's pain. He hated that they made them do this, made them kill for sport. The mental and emotional pain that scarred the twins and Levi, making them believe themselves to be monsters. It was horrendous, especially because it wasn't true. And Aelic would try his hardest to eventually convince them of it. However Aelin was right about something, now was not the time to dwell on dark things. He barley had time to think of something to say or do when the others started to beat out a rythum, the gentle tune that accompanied it growing louder. Aelic watched as Aelin began relaxing unconsciously. As the second verse started she even started dancing. However his eyes were distracted from her graceful movements by Rowan shifting closer to their bars and writing on the ground in front of him. Sing? Ok......if it will help. Aelic wasn't sure if he would get it right, he had only heard the song once afterall, but he would be damned if he didn't at least try, for Aelin's sake. And so, taping along with the beat he began to sing.

Aelin slowly twirrled around her cell and started sing with Aelic. "Lullaby and goodnight, with roses bedight
With lilies o'er spread is baby's wee bed
Lay thee down now and rest, may thy slumber be blessed
Lay thee down now and rest, may thy slumber be blessed

Lullaby and goodnight, thy mother's delight
Bright angels beside my darling abide
They will guard thee at rest, thou shalt wake on my breast
They will guard thee at rest, thou shalt wake on my breast

Guten Abend, gute Nacht, Mit Rosen bedacht,
Mit Naeglein besteckt, schlupf unter die Deck'
Morgen frueh, wenn Gott will, wirst du wieder geweckt
Morgen frueh, wenn Gott will, wirst du wieder geweckt

Guten Abend, gute Nacht, Von Englein bewacht
Die zeigen im Traum, dir Christkindleins Baum
Schlaf nun selig und suess, Schau im Traum's Paradies
Schlaf nun selig und suess, Schau im Traum's Paradies." She sang softly returning to her mother tounge from the south and Levi looked shocked for a moment before resuming his stone like expression before Rowan could see.

Aelic sang with Aelin for the first two verses, their voices melding perfectly and creating a beautiful sound, accompanied by the humming and beat from Rowan and Levi. It truly was beautiful to listen to, Aelic had never heard anything like it. As Aelin slipped into a different language in the third verse he faltered, not expecting the change. He kept humming the melody however until he placed the language (he knew all the major languages in Aiden) and re-joined her for the fourth verse (a little unsure but not noticeable). He had not expected that and was a little bit shocked, but he recovered quickly. The language seemed to be instinctual but almost forgotten, buried down deep in her subconscious. That must have been their mother tongue, before life forced them to learn Common. He kept singing but turned to eye Rowan, seeing if the other boy was aware of this fact or if he was as surprised as Aelic. Levi obviously knew the language, but probably didn't expect the twins to remember, and that was why he spoke in Common.

Aelin started the old tune again in her mother tounge still not realising the change in language and Rowan joined her singing in his deep tone that was a complete opposite to hers but they matched perfectly. "Sprichst du Deutsche?" Levi asked once they finished.

"Nein. Not really just enough to get by." Rowan answered as Aelin stopped a few moments after the tune stopped.

"Seid ihr das Essen? Nein, wir sind der Jäger!" Aelin said slowly. "I know more than brother but he speaks the eastern tounge better than I do."

Aelic tapered off into humming the background tune as Aelin started again and Rowan joined in. It was a different sound, but still beautiful. He was not surprised when Levi asked the twins a question in their native tongue to test their knowledge. He himself was going to do just that but the spider beat him to it. Aelic almost laughed at Aelin's strange sentence. It didn't make much sense but at least the twins knew a little bit! 'I'm sure 88 wouldn't be adverse to teaching you Snow. I know a little bit as well and would be happy to help.'

"How do you know the language of the South?" She asked leaning against the cell's bars.

"I grew up there brat." Levi growled before saying a few sentences.

"That is why I hate the souths tounge it sounds so harsh." Rowan mumbled as Aelin smirked and shook her head. "What did he say?"

"It's been so long brother I can't remember all of the southern tounge but I think he said something about a wall. A flower and two girls names but that's it." She frowned her ears twitching at a noise before she looked past Levi with her unseeing eyes and frowning something wasn't right here.

Aelic laughed at their conversation, having understood it all. Perhaps Rowan would be comfortable with one of the northern languages, he would have to ask the boy when they got back. However, his thoughts were derailed as Aelin frowned and looked past Levi's cell, her ears twitching. Frowning himself, Aelic focused again on his surroundings (having been distracted by the others before). Shit! Was his first, very eloquent thought. He could sense at least 6 guards approaching quickly and a brief look out of his cell window showed that night had fallen whilst they were talking. 'Guards approaching! Minimum of 6!' He stage whispered to the others, warning them of the approaching danger.

"Till tomorrow everyone." Aelin sighed.

"Stay strong Snow I will watch Brother for you." Levi said laying down in his hammock and Rowan sighed.

"Defend your left you always forget to defend your left." He sighed before climbing into his own hammock and pretending to be asleep as the guards came around the corner. Aelin took a step back from the cell door and crossed her arms waiting till one of the guards opened her door and told her to get out of her cell and walk towards the arena. Sighing she did as she was told and walked through the the raised gate ahead let the games officially begin.

Aelic schooled his face into a neutral expression but did not pretend to sleep like the others. There would be no point, he was just to tense. He had no idea what to expect after all and needed to watch, no matter what. Aelic watched as the guards came into Aelin's cell and dragged her out, walking towards the giant arena/pit at the end of the corridor. The dungeons were designed like a tree - one long corridor of cells and a dirty fighting arena at the end of it. Their cells were right next to the arena so they could see everything. Aelic pressed himself up against the bars, getting a full view of the arena. Aelin was pulled into the centre and made to stand and wait. Slowly but surely, guards trickled in, both from the door at the corridors end and the other door set into the arena's wall (who knew where that lead too). Once the majority of the benches surrounding the arena had been filled, the crowd settled down, quietly whispering to one another with sadistic gleams in their eyes. The show was about to commence.

Aelin stood calmly in the centre of the ring and waited. Hearing the guards walk in and sit down she took a deep breathe and could smell the fear of the harmless dingo behind the doors.

"Ladies, gentleman and children of all ages welcome to the games tonight. Tonight we have our Queen Snow White fighting to save her little servant Huntsman." One of the guards announced his voice blaring across the hall as the crowd cheered they all loved Aelins fights more than her brothers. "Let the games being Tony is our brave volunteer fighting for his freedom. He has made a deal that if he wins tonight his lover will be free and he will fight again to earn his own freedom. Tony come out here and meet our Queen." Aelin heard before she could sense the dingo infront of her.

"You are going down fox girl." He sneered.

"Try to keep me down. I never stay down." She shrugged before taking her stance. She was ready to fight.

Aelic watched as the guard gleefully announced the details of the upcoming fight. Like it was a play, a game, like Aelin's opponent even had a chance. He watched as Tony walked into the arena and in front of Aelin, feeling a surge of pity for the boy. He didn't realise it yet, but he was already dead. Aelic narrowed his eyes as Aelin got into a fighting stance, the dingo boy quickly mirroring it. Aelin's eyes took on this cold, slightly dead quality he was quickly beginning to recognise/become familiar with. She was cutting off her fear, reluctance, pity, guilt, everything that would hinder her in battle. Aelic himself tried to do the same, forcing his mind to look at the fight from a purely logical point of view. In this instance, emotions would do no good. They will come later. Seconds ticked by where the crowd was deathly silent, tension vibrating through out the room. The two fighters frozen, eyeing one another, waiting for the invisible gauntlet to drop. Then Tony's ear twitched and everything erupted into organised chaos.

Aelin gave the fox boy one free hit. The boy had some strength to him but not enough to break the champions nose and this gave her all the necessary information. His height, weight and his weakest side. It also told her his next move which she dodged the hit to the face with a side step grabbing the boys wrist with her right hand and jabbing him with her left breaking his nose and throwing the dingo over her shoulder. Mean while the the guard had been announcing everything.

"Oh classic start from the queen one free hit and the second doesn't come cheap." He hollered as the crowd cheered and Aelin stood strong waiting before meeting the dingos charge with a swift kick across the chest sending the poor boy flying. The boy got up sitting on his knees panting as Aelin walked over fear running through his eyes and blood pouring from his nose as he watched her stalk over to him with no emotion from her at all.

"Do you concede!" She shouted and the boy shook his head.

"You will have to kill me first." He panted and she tsked before balling his shirt in her hand and throwing him over her shoulder again.

As Aelin let the dingo boy punch her, Aelic walked slightly closer, head tilted to the side and eyes narrowed, his enhanced vision letting him see everything clearly. He knew that Aelin could have easily dodged the attack, so she must have had some reason to allow it to connect. Although Aelic had no experience in fighting, it was easy to piece together the reason, especially with the guard commentating. She used the punch to gauge her opponents strength etc. Smart move. Then, with a speed rivalling a tornado, Aelin retaliated. Although he had seen her strength before, it was never in a fighting situation. It was impressive, to say the least. She easily dominated the battle, a predator in human skin. Aelic couldn't help but smirk slightly at that, a zing shooting up his spine. The White Snake was not like a fox, it didn't rely on strength. It was an ambush predator. However, it was still a predator, still dangerous and that part of Aelic sung with respect and raw emotion. Fear and exhilaration and a whole number of unidentifiable emotions. Quickly pushing that part to the side, he focused once again on the battle. Tony was on his knees and Aelin was stalking towards him, ordering him to concede. The boy replied negatively, and sealed his fate. Aelic could almost hear the boy's spine shatter at the impact.
