"In a minute snake." Rowan said as Petra handed everyone some water and checked on Levi who still looked quite ill.

"Brother its ok go to sleep I got this." Aelin said waliing closer to the boys her dress now stained from Levi's face and hands.

Aelic smiled and nodded, pleased. Aelin then chimed in and Aelic just raised his eyebrow as if to say 'Told you so'. With a disgruntled but tired expression, Rowan nodded and trundled off to bed. 'Thanks Snow.' Aelic said to Aelin with a smile. 'Don't know if he would have listened to just me!' With a slight chuckle, reaching for his water and watching the others.

Time swept on and two matches had passed and now Aelin was being dragged back into her cell with blood pouring down her face and into her eyes. "Sister!" Rowan called getting another glare from Levi as he dragged Aelin by her shirt to the bars and pressed his jacket to her wound.

"Tell Captain whats wrong. He knows how to help us." Levi said watching Aelin for a response but she only blinked the blood away but more flowed into her eyes. "Please we are hurt tell Captain what is wrong....." He pleaded but she just lay there unreponsive.

Time passed and things went as usual in the dungeons. Trying to salvage the rest of the campions humanity, fighting, trying to keep sane. The usual. This fight was not usual though. It was bad. Aelin was tired and the cricket had spikes that were overlooked. Now she had a huge gash on her forhead that was gushing blood and leaking into her eyes. Aelic was pressed up against his bars, tense and silent. Levi was trying to get Aelin to respond but it wasn't working. These games had gone on for far to long. Suddenly, he felt a heat signature approach. 'Petra!' He sighed in relief just before the human in question walked in. She will be able to help.

Petra walked in and pulled Levis hands away and got Aelin to sit up and checked on the wound. "Thats deep Snow hold still." She said getting a neede and thread and stitching the skin back together and washing her brow. "Snow can you hear me?" She asked.

"Shes unresponsive right now you'll have to talk to her later." Levi explained.

"She's acting like you do Captain." Petra said watching Snow as she blinked more blood away.

Aelic flinched a little when Petra pulled out the needle and thread. All other wounds he was fine with but stitching was something he had never liked (perhaps because he had had to do it to himself so often). Once Petra was finished the woman tried to get Aelin to talk. That wasn't happening. If she wouldn't respond to Levi, then she definitely wouldn't respond to Petra. 'Who do you think she learnt from?' Aelic said wryly, the undercurrent of worry still clear in his voice even if he tried to hide it.

"Its the next stage in losing tour humanity. We simply shut down and dont respond. We become trapped in our own minds in a world of torture and pain." Levi explained rubbing his forehead.

"Right when she becomes responsive call me. Till then there is little I can do." Petra said wiping most of the blood away leaving blood like tears leaking from Aelins eyes as she tried to blink it away.

Aelic just sat in silence, having heard this explanation before. It didn't make it any easier to hear though, knowing that his friend was even now being tortured by her own mind. slipping further into darkness. And as Petra said, their was nothing they could do. Levi or Rowan may be able to bring her out of it, but today it would take some work even for them. He looked over a Rowan, catching the other boys eye. 'Can I do anything? Sing?' He asked, hoping he could help but still feeling lost.

"No she doesnt know your voice well enough." He sighed thinking for a moment. "Our pain is real. Tell Brother. Tell Captain. Get us help." He stressed watching her reaction which was only a twitch of her hand towards Rowan. Levi reached through the bars and grabbed her hand squeezing it tightly.

"I'm here Snow. Tell me whats wrong." Levi sighed stroking her head trying to soothe her mind and calm her soul.

Aelic sighed, sad that he couldn't help even though he had expected it. Well, at least she kind of reacted to Rowan. He thought to himself, sitting down in the middle of his cell in lotus position. 'Keep trying Huntsman.' He said softly to the dejected Rowan. Then suddenly an idea came into his head. 'Perhaps! Do you think Ariel might be able to talk to her. Relay your messages?' He asked the other boys, unable to help his hopeful tone.

"He's trying that now." Levi said jerking his head towards Rowan who had a blank look on his face his breathing shallow and heartbeat slow.

"Ugh. Ah Regan is distracted trying to free Ariel but they got the message." Rowan groaned rubbing his head.

"Is Snow holding Ariel captive?" Levi asked and Rowan shook his head.

"Not really I mean Ariel was trying to help Sister but when she shut down Ariel got dragged with it because the link was too close at the time. Ariel will be free soon and Reagan is passing the message on now." Rowan sighed sitting down.

"Hmm helpful. You would think a god would be able to break the hold a human has on them but apparently not." Levi sighed watching Aelin as best he could.

"She can feel your hand Captain but only just its faint like you are only just there." Rowan stated making Levi nod

'If I squeeze any tighter I might break her hand." Levi stated and Rowan shrugged.

"You are exactly the same after a fight." Rowan countered and Levi sighed.


"I know. I know but we can't help it." He agreed with a sigh.

Aelic held his breath in anticipation as they both looked over at Rowan's blank face. I wonder if I look like that when talking to Ada? He mused, before being distracted as Rowan groaned, hand coming up to massage his forehead. Wait, Regan was trying to free Ariel? Huh? Luckily for him, the rest of the conversation explained what had happened. The gods and their chosen humans were so connected that whatever happens in the human world is often mirrored in that of the gods realm. Because of this, Aelic wasn't surprised that Ariel had gotten dragged in, though he wished the god could have been just a bit stronger. Still, they couldn't change what had happened and so, just had to deal with it. Ariel and Regan have done all they could. 'Keep trying Captain. We need to give her an anchor. No matter the consequences.' He said, hating it but knowing that Aelin did need an anchor.

"My grip wont lossen." Levi sighed as he started running his fingers through her hair. "I dont know what will help her at the moment but this helps me."

"If she could hear or feel your heart that would help as well. It soothes both of us." Rowan offered making Levi nod. "If only you could get into her cage."

Nodding, Aelic sighed softly. It wasn't much, but it was all they could currently do. Lets hope it helps. Aelic thought darkly to himself as he ran his fingers through his long hair to brush it (and as he tried to ignore the whispers from the back of his mind that said he wanted to hold Aelin's hand). 'If only if only if only......' he mummered quietly to himself, trying to think of a way to get someone into Aelin's cell.

Rowan watched as Levi got into a more comfortanle postion holding onto Aelin as her eyes clsed and did not open again. She was asleep which was good for her right now. "Huntsman you or the snake should sleep since she is." Levi sighed.

"Its my turn to rest anyway and besides Ariel may try to talk to me. Its easier for them to talk to me when I'm asleep." Rowan said raising his hand.

Aelic watched as Levi repositioned himself and the now sleeping Aelin. It was impossible to get him into her cell and so, this was the best they could do. At least she was sleeping, that had to mean something right? Aelic nodded at Rowan, agreeing. It was the fox's turn to sleep and if it could even remotely help Aelin, then he was all for it. 'Get some rest you two. I'll keep an eye on her and wake you if anything changes.' He stated quietly before stretching and moving out of lotus position to stand guard.

Rowan nodded at the snake and went to his hammock and fell asleep. Levi sat where he was till he eventually fell asleep still clinging to Aelin as she slept.

Aelic smiled at his two friends before once again focusing on standing guard. The hours passed and Rowan, Levi and Aelin slept on. Aelic kept a close eye on any and all approaching heat signatures whilst wandering around his cell to keep awake. A few guards came close but never came in. Finally though, a familiar heat signature approached and didn't veer off like the others. Petra and Erwin. Aelic clicked twice to wake the others. 'Wake up guys. Petra and Erwin are coming.' He called softly to them before turning to watching the dungeon door swing open and their human 'friends' come in. 'Morning!' Petra called cheerily whilst Erwin just nodded. She seemed happy but it was obvious that she hadn't slept much and she was worried about Aelin. The woman's eyes locked onto the fox girl immediately, barely scanning the others (that seemed to be Erwins job today). Juggling the healing supplies she had in her arms, Petra pulled out her key to unlock Aelin's door whilst Erwin knelt o the floor to start dividing up breakfast for them all.

Aelin looked up as Petra walked into her cell. "Morning Petra." She groaned rolling her stiff neck and strechting her joints. Whilst Rowan and Levi ate their breakfast slowly watching what was happeneing even if they werent looking at Aelin directly.

Petra sighed in relief, not even bothering to hide it. 'Good to see you up and about dear.' She said kindly, walking into Aelin's cell and kneeling to place all her supplies on the ground. 'Now, I know you just woke up, but because I couldn't talk to you yesterday I wanted to give you a once over this morning.' She continued, spreading out all of her supplies and smiling at the girl before gesturing silently for her to come closer.
Aelic nodded good morning to Erwin as the man slid food into his cell. Picking at his orange, he watched Petra and Aelin, making no effort to hide the fact that he was analysing their every move. He was pleased that Petra was worried about Aelin and that the girl would get looked over immediately. Yesterday she was unresponsive and so, who knows if her wounds were worse than expected/observed. However, his happiness froze when Petra gestured silently to Aelin.

"I think her vision is still alittle cloudy Petra." Levi stated not looking up.

"Sister did get alot of blood in her eyes so she may just need to wash them out so she can see." Towan offered.

Aelic almost sighed in relief when Levi jumped in. Phew! Thank goodness. Chastising himself silently for freezing and not planning for this earlier, Aelic went back to eating his orange, but kept a close eye on what was happening. He didn't want to be surprised again.
Petra's eyebrows rose as she heard what Levi said. 'Oh dear!' She exclaimed, immediately turning to Erwin and asking him to fetch her a basin full of warm water (she had only brought cold antiseptic stuff). 'Don't worry, we'll get your eyes washed out ok? Come sit with me for now sweetie.' She said kindly, standing up and walking over to Aelin before gently guiding the girl's hand to her elbow. With Aelin latched on, Petra lead her back to the medical supplies and got the girl to sit whilst she started to clean up the cut first. 'This cut is deep so this will sting a bit.' She warned, cleaning up the cut and doing a few stiches to keep it closed. 'Now, other than your eyes, is there anywhere else you are injured?' Petra asked sternly, needing to know if her charge was in any other way shape or form, injured.

"My back and ribs are pretty sore but I did get kicked across the areana from the cricket last night." Aelin shrugged. "He also cut up my arms from those spikes." She sighed holding up her arms that were covered in dried blood showing the cuts beneath that were shallow.

Petra just sighed then got to work. She checked Aelin's ribs (bruised but luckily not re-broken), and cleaned up the multitude of shallow cuts of the girls arms. Just as she was finishing wrapping a thin bandage around Aelin's arms to keep out infection, Erwin walked back in with a basin of warm water. Smiling at him, she collected the water and knelt once again in front of Aelin. 'I'm going to wash out your eyes now with some warm water. If I hurt you tell me. And try not to flinch.' She said, taking a cloth and dabbing around her eyes. 'Is your vision just blurry or is it worse? Can you see colours? What's worse, close up or far away?' Petra questioned, wanting to know just how much damage the crickets blood did to her girls eyes.
Aelic just finished his breakfast and kept quiet. He was very pleased that Aelin was finally getting help and luckily this time, none of her injuries were serious. He couldn't help but tense though when Petra began questioning Aelin. He knew how hard she worked to keep anyone from knowing she was blind. Aelic himself only knew because of the way they met. Know one else knows because she views it as a weakness. It's not, but the guards would have made her life hell if they knew so it's understandable. But now someone may find out! There was no way anyone could answer those questions for her. Oh dear!

"How can you expect me to answer that when its so dark Petra?" Aelin scoffed. "Use the powers of my mind??" She sassed making everyone look shocked.

"Snow the sun has been up for hours now. Its as bright as day in here." Levi stated.

"Sister please tell me that was a joke." Rowan stuttered.

Aelic also mirrored the shocked and worried looks of Levi and Rowan. So that's how they were going to play it! Clever.
Petra eyes got wide and she gasped in horror. Erwin also looked over worried, brow furrowed. 'You....you can't see?' Petra asked in horror, hoping beyond hope that this was just a joke. Her girl! What have they done to her!

"Clearly not if what Captain said was true." She sighed standing up and stretching. "Its not the end of the world though im still here." She said brushing it off as if it were nothing but to her she never knew what it was like to see.

"Sister if you can't see you can't fight I'll fight for you." Rowan offered making Aelin glare at him with unseeing eyes though she was looking at Aelic more than Rowan.

"I couldn't see for half of the last fight because of the blood in my eyes. I told you that you were not fighting this year end of story dear brother I wont hear another words of it." She spat and scowled as she started walking forwards into the bars closer to Levi on purpose making her look like she hand just lost her sight.

Petra was shocked. And not a good type of shocked. As in a 'I'm so horrified I can't say anything' type of shock. Erwin was staring at Aelin, face blank but evident worry swirling in his eyes. As strange as he was, he loved Petra, and Petra loved these Cursed, so he loved them to. It wasn't until Aelin snapped at Rowan that Petra unfroze. 'Oh. Oh dear. Oh this is dreadful. Sweetie, I know you don't want your brother to fight, but he has to! You can't see! How are you supposed to fight this this!? Oh dear. Don't worry ok, Everything is going to be ok. Everything is going to be fine.' She said quickly, almost hyperventilating. 'Petra! Breathe.' Erwin ordered his lover, trying to mask his own panic to keep everyone calm.
Aelic watched the entire thing, trying to keep a worried and horrified face (which wasn't hard to do when he thought back on all the stuff that had happened to them recently). He had been worried that Petra and Erwin were going to find out but they were buying it hook line and sinker. And Aelin, with her fabulous acting, was playing them like a fiddle. She would make such an awesome queen! He had been silent all this time but if he didn't speak up they would get suspicious. 'You didn't tell me.' He stated, watching everyone turn to look at him. 'Snow, you're injured. You're hurt bad. I'll fight for you.' He said.

"You two dont understand." Levi started watching Aelin as he sat down in his hammock and faced the others. "You cant fight. It will be Snow and I or just me." Levi explained making Aelin nod in agreement.

"What do you mean Captain?" Rowan asked.

"He means the contract that I signed in blood in my first fight keeps both of you from fighting." Aelin shrugged.

"The Snake will never fight and Huntsman you are down for the year your shoulder is still weak." Levi stated as Rowans face went cold.

"I just need to train like this with Captain. I'll be fine I'm sure its temporary and my sight willl return after theses games are done." Aelin shrugged brushing the whole matter off. "Its not that big a deal."

Aelic scowled, pretending to be annoyed at the whole situation (though he and Rowan actually knew all of this way before they started, they had to play the part). 'You're sight may return eventually Snow, but this is still a huge deal! Why did you make a contract for me? I need to fight my own battles. I want to help!' He said loudly. Aelic and Aelin had talked about this before, but whilst Aelic had moved on, it had never stopped bothering him. What was done was done, he knew that, but he still sometimes felt useless. What sort of prince was he?! A girl he barely knew (at the time), thought him too weak to fight and so, sacrificed herself in his place. He drew on those residual emotions to make his words sound very convincing.

"You cant fight and you had only three months to learn. Brother, Captain and I all agreed that we would protect any new dangerous cursed so that it was only the three of us fighting no one else." Aelin snapped glaring at Aelic.

"Wow bang on target Snow. The snake is where you are looking." Levi shrugged sounding bored. "The only way Snow misses the next fight is if she is physically incapable of fighting all together i.e a broken leg or arm. Dead also works but isnt preferable."

Aelic just looked to the side, trying to keep a hold of his (fake) annoyance, but feeling it slipping away. She made logical sense (which he loved), and how could you stay angry at people who just wanted to help a stranger. They had big hearts (however annoying the thereafter circumstances were). 'Not preferable at all.' He said sullenly, knowing that Aelin would indeed fight no matter what. They all would.
'She is incapable! She may not be dead but she can't see!' Petra worrily screeched.

"I just need to work on my balance since im not used to it but i'll be fine." Aelin shrugged.

"Maybe the Game Master will let you and I train in the arena because of the circumstances." Levi offered leaning back in his hammock.

"It depends he did throw Brother and I into a fight twi months after we had healed." Aelin shrugged.

"We got beat so bad those fights. We won but man we could barely move after them." Rowan commented with a light chuckle.

Aelic frowned in anger when he heard those comments. Yet more fodder for his hatred of the Game Master. That guy had better watch his back lest he will be dead before they even escape this prison.
Petra nodded and frowned in remembrance as did Erwin. They weren't as close with the Cursed as they were now but even then they had thought it wrong. 'We will speak with the Game Master and see what we can do.' She said to Aelin, internally making a promise to get her Cursed what they needed. 'For now though, rest. Recover you're strength. Here, eat.' She said, taking Aelin's breakfast from Erwin and placing it in front of her.

"Ok will do Petra." Aelin said taking the plate and starting to eat slowly still not missing her mouth.

"You still eat like the fine ladies of the south sister." Rowan stated watching her.

"Well my mouth hasnt moved from where I last had it brother so I can eat and drink just fine." She retorted with a slight smirk.

Aelic just laughed at that, smiling for the first time in a while. Petra and Erwin also smiled. With a last check on Aelin, they packed up their stuff and headed out, smiling goodbye and promising to talk to the Game Master for them.
The guards left them alone for the next few days to recuperate. Evidently a product of Petra's arguing but it was fine by them. The more time Aelin had to heal the better. Eventually however, it was the day before the final fight. For better or for worse, they would all be out of this place very very soon.

Aelin was pacing around the perimeter of her cell mumbling to herself. "What are you doing Snow?" Levi asked watching her.

"13 steps is the lenght of the cell and 8.5 steps deep." She answered with a shrug. "Im bored since our training was cancelled today."

"Ah." Levi nodded as Aelin suddenly turned her head with a frown.

"I don't know those foot steps either sister." Rowan frowned looking at the hall way when a cloaked man walked in.

"How are we all today? Captain, Snow White and Huntsman enjoying your stay." He asked behind a mask.

"No." Rowan snapped. "Your games blinded my sister."

"Thats not what your down here for is it Game Master?" Levi asked watching him and the man chuckled.

"Always sharp as a tack aren't you Captain?" He chuckled. "No I came to see my champions since Snow White sent for me this morning." He stated.

"Sister what is he in about?" Rowan asked watching his sister.

Aelic himself was sitting in the middle of his cell, lotus position, watching Aelin pace. He was bored to and watching her pace was soothingly numbing, like watching a metronome tick until you fall into a trance. However, suddenly, something snapped his focus back and he stiffened. It didn't take long for him to figure out that a foreign heat signature approaching, and two seconds later Aelin and Rowan heard the footsteps. He didn't even have time to stand up before a strange masked man walked in, oozing a cold, off kilter confidence. Aelic had already put on his mask of cold analytical indifference but it was hard not to hiss at the man. Just like with Erwin, there was something off with him. However, unlike Erwin, he was clearly uncaring about them. Enemy! Ada hissed suddenly in his mind, her metaphorical tail tighting its grip around her charge. Aelic stayed silent as the masked man spoke, analysing everything from height and weight, to voice cadence and body language. He was evidently some kind of high ranking officer here but Aelic didn't fully realise he was the Game Master until Levi spoke. Him! Aelic hissed to Ada in his mind, feeling a cold murderous rage full him. He will die a slow and painful death! He promised. He knew that his rage made his snake pupils go super thin (which creeps a lot of people out), but he didn't care. Aelic refused to take his eyes off the Game Master, listening to the others talk without turning his head one inch. He would learn everything about this man and when the time was right, would watch him convulse and choak on his own blood because of his venom. The man's last sentence through had him altering his cold mask for the first time since the human walked in. He frowned in confusion and looked over at Aelin (though he kept the Game Master within his sights at all times).

"My points I have enough of them." She answered standing still with no emotion on her face and stance cold hearted.

"Enough for what?" Rowan asked watching his sister trying to get something from her as Levi turned his head to look at her then back to the game master.

"To keep Captain alive." The Game Master answered watching Levis expression change suddenly to shock.

"What?!" Levi asked trying to figure it out.

"I have been saving my points over the years Captain and now I have enough to keep you alive past 40." Aelin answered.

"Yes quite Snow White has gained enough points so that she can keep you alive past 40 years old however your last match will be when you are 40." The Game Master sighed.

"But if you die before then there is nothing I can do. This deal settles the blood debt between us." Aelin shrugged waiting for this man to leave.

"You have what you came here for Game Master. My Sisters points are spent and a debt settled. It would simply bore you to stay any longer." Rowan said with a slight growl in his tone.

"Yes quite I will be off see you four tomorrow." He waved with a chuckle as he walked away.

"Snow." Levi growled.

"I wasn't ever going to let Brother or I be the cause of tour death. I know it used alot of points but you will not die at 40 if you win all of your matches." Aelin explained with a sigh.

"Why?" Levi asked.

"You helped us when we got here. Took care of us. We knew that we couldn't repay such a kindness but we found out that if we reached a certain number of points we could save your life as you did ours." Rowan explained finally underatanding his Sisters actions.

"But you two already saved my life thats why you two are fighting." Levi said still confused.

"Saving your life once only slightly repays our debt to you. We needed some way to repay you since you used most of your points on us besides who else will brush my hair just right if brother gets locked away?" Aelin asked lightly with a slight smirk.

"I understand now." Levi sighed as he too gave a light smirk. It was a failure at a smile but it was as close as the three champions got.

Aelic was like Rowan, frowning in confusion. Points for what? Usually he would be able to work it out but he didn't fully understand what the Game Master allowed the twins to do with their points. And so, he was just as surprised/shocked as the others when it was explained. Aelin really did have a big heart. She has been through so much, and yet didn't hesitate to use her points to save someone else. It was hard to keep up his cold facade in face of this new revelation, but he managed it. He was very very thankful when that devil finally left, chuckling manically the entire way. After he was gone Aelic dropped his facade and allowed himself to relax. His emotions were a storm and he could only imagine what the others were going through. He kept quiet, watching the others. It wasn't his place to interfere here, he was just a fly on the wall. A very intrigued emotionally invested fly but a fly none the less. He smiled softly as they talked. They were all so kind, even if they themselves didn't recognise it was such. He just chuckled lightly to himself, turning away before he saw the curious looks given to him by the others.

"Your weird snake." Rowan sighed before turning back to his sister. "You could have told me then you could have used half of my points."

"I know brother but I thought you could keep your points to save yourself or to get something we need." Aelin sighed running her claws through her hair.

"You do realize you saved my life twice right?" Levi asked.

"You do realize that there are two of us and one of you right?" Aelin countered making Levi submit to her in this instant.

"Yeah your right I'll let it go." He chuckled.

Aelic actually laughed out loud at that one. 'You know it!' He said cheerfully, still smiling as he jumped up into his hammock and got comfortable. Once he was settled, he looked back at the others as they started up their conversation again. Oh, his twins were amusing at times. 'Seems like you better Captain. She is wiping the floor with you.' Aelic said teasingly, grinning again.

"One of the rare times that she can actually." Levi mumbled.

"Yeah one in one million chance that happens." Aelin agreed. "At least we wont lose you in three years." Aelin said walking closer to Levi and reaching through the bars for his hand.

"If these games dont kill me." Levi stated taking her hand in his own and holding it tightly.

"They won't. Your stronger than just about anyone I know. Even Brother and I." Aelin said pulling Levi's hand through to her side and pressing it to her cheek.

Aelic just laughed, knowing it to be true.
Listening to them made him smile, pleased that the three wouldn't be split up by unnatural means any time soon. 'All three of you are strong.' He said through a yawn, feeling tired now that the adrenaline has worn off.

"Go to sleep Snake we'll see you in the morning before the last fight." Aelin said still holding Levi's hand tightly in her own.

"You will have to let go of Captain if you are to go to sleep as well Sister." Rowan said watching his sister.

"I know just in a minute we dont get moments like this down here I just want to enjoy it whilst in still human." Aelin murmured still holding onto Levi.

"You still have a few years before that happens Snow." Levi stated softly.

Aelic yawned and nodded, knowing he was drifting off even as he called a faint goodnight. He was asleep within a minute.
The next morning dawned bright and cold and Aelic was awoken by an approaching heat signature. 'Uhmm....person.' He groggily called to the others.

"Captain come with me we have to get your suit fitted beofe the fight." A guard said walking in and unlocking Levis cell.

"About bloody time. Its been two weeks since my last fight." Levi stated with a frown before he walked away but not before he glanced at Rowan who gave a nod. They knew somethkng was up they were not as stupid as people belived.

Aelic groaned and waved goodbye at Levi, though he was also sleepily frowning. Something didn't feel right but he wasn't awake enough to figure it out yet. Rolling out of his hammock he moaned a good morning to the others. '....Why?...' he asked, pointing in Levi's direction and hoping it was enough.

"I dont know." Rowan answered watching the hallway. Ears twitching at approaching foot steps.

"Snow White we are here to get your bandages changed and your abilities tested to see if you can fight today." One of the two guards said as they both reached Aelins cell and opened the door for her. One took her wrist and pulled Aelin out the door making the girl run into on the way through.

"Careful. I'm blind I can not see the bars." Aelin snapped making the two apologize quickly before pulling her away.

"Something isnt right at all." Rowan muttered turning to the Snake. "Your the smart one figure it out."

Aelic yawned again and rubbed his eyes, trying to wake up. Important things are happening here come on!! He thought to himself, standing in the tiny patch of sun as he began to finally wake up. Just in time to, as two more guards came into the dungeons. He hissed at the two because they hurt her but he was distracted. Something really wasn't right here. He frowned at the guards and watched them leave, still staring at the door even as Rowan spoke. 'You're right. Something is off.' He said absently. 'This is the last fight. So, knowing the Game Master and guards, it needs to be something spectacular.' He said out loud. Sometimes talking out your reasoning could be helpful. 'They're both fighting....Multiple opponents. Taken out separately to minimise possible escape attemps.' Pacing in his cell Aelic ran his fingers through his hair to brush it. 'You would think they would be doing something to them like the fight where the made Snow dress up. But I get the feeling that's not the case. He's done it once, and he has an audience to entertain. He won't do it again. Besides, the guards believed what they were saying. They were nervous but truthful. So, process of elimination....' He continued, looking up into Rowans eyes as the truth hit him. 'They want a spectacular finish. They want to hurt them. Badly. This can't be just a regular multiple opponent fight. Something needs to be on the line here. And what better than their one and only weakness.' Aelic whispered, eyes wide with horror. 'A spectacular finish. Snow White and the Captain, fighting to the death to save their Huntsman. Its you.'
