Hi. Just wanted to say I found a hardcover version of this book but the page on this site only has two paperback versions.

Sixth Revised Edition 1963

174 pages (209 if including the appendix)

ISBN:???? I can't find it on the book

I wish I could find the original book cover online. I searched but it seems to be semi-rare.
