Lovely book about doing the right thing (or trying to) and living with the decisions you make.
I wasn't convinced I'd like this but I really liked the cover and the title called to me, so glad I read it.
This would also work for a few other categories, book about/set by the sea, debut novel, history (it's set in the 1920's)...

I just finished this book for this category. I liked the writing way better than the story itself (which was OK). I really loved her prose!
