Please merge and update details

I think all of these should be merged, but I know there's a rule about not merging editions with different cover pictures. So I'm including the second "Audiobook" edition because it looks like it was intended to be the Audible edition, in which case the picture used would have been the wrong one (Audible uses the square pictures), but I just don't know whether that matters or not.

My request is to please merge these editions, keeping the details and cover picture in the Audible Audio edition, plus the ASIN (B00C7RCSZO) which is in the first Audiobook edition.
