Ahhh, thanks. :)
Hopefully someone(s) will come play today. I am getting ready to start my first sprint of the day, but the dog needs a bath first. :(

Anyone else for a sprint at 12:30 EST for an hour?

Awesome!!
Getting sprinting now! See y'all in an hour! :D

I finished up the novella I was working on that I had 50 minutes left for, but the last 20 minutes of it was a preview of the main book, which I had already read. So, I started another audiobook, one that was picked for me for a swap, and I enjoy it already.
I'll definitely be up for a few more sprints today to get in more of that book!
How did y'all do? What book(s) did you read?

I will more than likely do some more sprints today, but I'll be reading different books each time.

Y'all up for more? I'm thinking I'll sprint again here at either 3:30 or 3:45 (EST) for another hour, that way I can get it in before Hubby gets home from work, provided He doesn't leave early. :)

I've been meaning to start this book for a while, but other things just keep catching my attention, for challenges and such.

Yay Rylie!! :D Let's go ahead and wait for 3:45 to see if more people can join in, give them a little more time to see this, and I can still get my full hour done before Hubby gets here.

I'm ready to go, though I have a feeling my Hubby is going to come home early, dab in the middle of it. I think I'll hold up a note that says leave me alone. Hehe!!
I already warned Him I might stay up all night. Hopefully the sprints will fill up more, or I'm gonna have to sprint them all. :D

I'm listening to my audio at 1.5, so slightly faster than normal speed and I'm up to 24%. I'm really enjoying it so far so I think I'll jump into the next book after this one. YAY for another good time travel book. Just One Damned Thing After Another @ 24%
And my Hubby actually didn't get here yet, so He's leaving on time, which with the shopping He's gonna do means He'll hopefully be here within the half hour.
Gonna try to get one more in before the Relay begins in 3 hours. No promises though, since Hubby will want dinner at some point. I'll most likely stay up all night and take the hours no one has yet. Hopefully a few more will sign up. It's been super quiet in general today, guess everyone is out enjoying their weekend!!

This was while my boyfriend was periodically reading me Garfield comics as they amused him, and telling me about a couple of cool Mindcraft mods he might start playing with.
Not bad, not bad!

My Hubby is in and checking out His new game, so He's set for a while. If anyone wants to do a quickie, :) I'm up for doing a half hour at 6pm EST. After that, I'll need to make dinner.
LMK ladies!!

Sure. I'll get a cup of coffee, and be set to go. We'll see if I get another 5 chapters or so read.
My boyfriend is probably wanting dinner, so I'll also have to do the dinner thing soon. :)

See ya in a bit!
Anyone else feel free to join in.

What are Reading Sprints?
Reading Sprints are small chunks of time (usually around 30 minutes but can be more or less) completely devoted to reading. Meant to help you focus on a small time to read, Reading Sprints are good to find small times, during an otherwise busy day, to read.
As a bonus, you can find someone(s) to sprint with! Post a time that you plan to start your sprint, and how long it will last, and perhaps others will join in with you. Or just sprint when you are able and post your sprint times.
Ways you can join in the weekend Reading Sprints:
★ Post a time you plan to start sprint and duration
★ Do nothing but READ during that sprint
★ Come back to report on your sprint and how many pages you read
★ Do your own sprints and tell us about them after you've finished a sprint
★ Join in the Reading Sprint Relay, Sunday March 20
★ Create a sprint of 5, 15, 25, 45, 60 minutes, anything in between or more! Sprint lengths are up to you!
★ Read & Have Fun!!
