Moved the book to your profile. Currently only the Kindle edition has cover but not the paperback. As the author, you can add cover image to paperback edition from its edit page. Go to the edition, click on "edit details" under the book description, upload image on the top right and save the changes.

Btw, you seem to have copied this post from elsewhere. The links in your post are truncated and hence don't work ;)
