ISBN Bought from Bowker Already in Use on Goodreads

I bought a batch of ISBNs from Bowkers several months ago. This morning, I attached my new book to one of the numbers in my batch. When I uploaded my book to Goodreads, it said that the ISBN was already associated with the book, Seduction: Love Loss Leverage Murder, #1. I tried to contact the author, but the message center couldn't find him/her. How can I get that ISBN disconnected from her book? It is attached to mine in Bowker and Amazon. The number is 978-0-9966213-4-2.

You entered the ISBN13 in the ISBN10 field. Try adding it again, but be sure to put that number in the ISBN13 field.

Except that for Kindle editions, we use ASINs, not ISBNs. Is that ISBN being used for the ebook anywhere other else?

Hi, I have the same issue except I put the ISBN 13 in the ISBN 13 field and it said this book, أرجوك افهمني, is currently using it. I went to that book, but there is no data showing.

I own the Bowker ISBN. I'm wanting to use it for my paperback of Models on Top - Danny. How can I get this corrected and attached to my book and taken off the other book?
