Hidden or missing reviews

I started a thread asking this question, and it was frozen quite soon after, and I didn't get an answer. I was directed to a similar thread, and when I got there, it too was frozen. So, I'm putting on a smiley face and trying again.
My book, The Olive a Picker, states it's got 16 reviews, however, only 14 show up. The remaining two are nowhere to be found. One was posted several days ago, another was posted within the last day or two.
Has anyone had a similar problem?

The link was to a thread that indicated that this is not a Librarians Group issue, but one for the Contact Us link on the Help page. Librarians can help with issues pertaining to specific book records or most related issues, but have no control over general site functionality or author issues outside of fixing book or author listings on Goodreads itself.

This is still not something librarians can assist you with.
