Hi everyone! I'm going to do an assembly on equality, do you have any tips because I have really bad stage fright

Maybe look up some famous quotes on equality and add those into your speech, statistics are good too.

Focus on your message rather than yourself. Start by a poll with a show of hands to answer a question so the audience is involved. Look at one person who seems into what you're saying. Have your notes in bullets so you're not reading. A Powerpoint helps keeps the focus off of you. Include jokes because laughing is relaxing.
