thanks so much everyone!The last couple months have been fairly tough for me from a personal perspective with family medical issues, work stress, and then our 8 year-old cat getting diagnosed with cancer.
The last couple weeks I've been spending a lot of time crying and either staring at my cat or holding her while trying to hide the tears from my daughter. A few days ago my daughter walked in on me crying and said "it's okay mommy. We don't have to be sad yet. We should enjoy Putty while she is with us and cry after she leaves." My five year old daughter said this to me (the psychologist).
All this to say that it was really nice to win. I kind of needed it right now. Congrats to the other finalists and everyone who submitted something. I feel honored to have won with all the talent in this group.

Frankly, I thought even some that didn't make the finals were incredibly creative and enjoyable. One or two that didn't make the finals made me cry.
