BUT i did just buy and plan to read that tonight (since it's really short)

And I looked up that ebook, and it says it's #8? It's just a little story from someone else's POV, but it says #8 on the Kobo website.

So I thought I'd start it today. Didn't get around to it :/ I'll start it on the bus tomorrow morning. Still hoping to get at least 100 pages read a day, because I've got to get it done by Friday and its 455 pages.

Are they the people that burned all that stuff inside the church in the first book and got monoxide poisoning, or something like that? Or was that a different time? (hide spoiler)]

Not going to be updating every chapter, it takes too much time away from my sprints, so I'll just update at the end of my sprints.

Chapter 29 (view spoiler)[Why did Shadowman even help them in the first place? Ugh so annoying, when he knew he shouldn't have. And of course Ricky would have the car keys.

Interesting to put a face to the strange name. Dylan. Is it weird how each time I hear a name I have a preconceived image of that name's face in my head? (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 32 (view spoiler)[Wow that was a long section from Shadowman. Almost forgot that it was a flashback. Why does he always have to end up with the audience thinking he's dead?

It's weird because I've almost called Shadowman Shadowhunter heaps of times, what with me watching Shadowhunters at the moment, and then they talk about Nephilim. :p It says it's a Bible reference, which makes sense, but seems strangely coincided with TMI haha.

Chapter 33 (view spoiler)[At least Nathan gets frustrated with Matt too. And it rehashed that they were already rescued from the smoky church with the poisoned people, and that was when Matt became crazy. Couldn't remember that. (hide spoiler)]

I'm 46% through now. I've read heaps today, and I'm really happy with it :D I won't get it done tomorrow, because I'll have another whole heap of uni work, but I'll try to get to at least page 300.

so this one is actually a little novella about World Book Night that they hold at the museum. It's in The Fallen (the world book night) so I'd wait to read it until you plan to read the next one

but I thought it was good (because it fits perfectly into the other book)

okay, I think they are trying to tell us how the disease started. It's been around a long time and just recently, the disease decided to "take over" it's host - which is why they are now completely devouring the adults and feeding on the children - which is why they eat the children (want the blood)

but....the disease/parasite is not completely controlling the adult - hence they still have thoughts but they are twisting the thoughts/thinking of the adult (the parasite is). Must be eating the brain, I guess....

anyway....that's what I think - the author is trying to let us know it's not a new disease but it recently morphed and it came from an asteroid? so...parasite or mold/spore kind of thing

FINALLY, I'm 15 chapters IN THE RIGHT BOOK ugh lol

Tish...she worries me a lot. She seems..crazed a little. I'm not too sure about her mental well being...

I hope they are making the right choice
and hopefully they won't bump into Shadowman's hoard. :/

I'm almost feeling like I need a break from these books. They're really confusing and complex, and I need an easy read sometime soon. After this series I"ll try take a step back and read the next Selection book before getting stuck in Throne of Glass.

And I'm reading Ugly Love by Colleen Hoover at the moment. Started it today and I'll start The Fallen when I finish this one. It'll probably either by Friday I finish Ugly Love or Sunday. Are you okay to read The Fallen that soon?

I'll definitely be finishing this one tomorrow. I've read sooo much today, and my next book I won't finish. I'll just read as much of it as I can before Friday, when I start The Fallen. Is there a thread for that yet?

Matt is worse than i thought! I can't believe he was whipping Kid! and now he thinks he's wrong. i wonder what is so important about the name

and Shadowman - I agree. I'm sad he went back to help them only for Jaz to be SUCH A JERK! who does that?
I hope the shuffling he heard outside of the car is kids! and I hope he can get out of that car and isn't too hurt :< I like him
