Series with two different titles in the same language

Hi,
What happens when a series has two different series titles in the same language? There is a case with these books, both in French, published under two different title series
in Quebec it's called "La Bête du Lac" and the first book is https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

in France it's called "Le Mangeur d'Âmes" and the first book is
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

Is there a way to arrange that?

I think we can create a series with one name and note in the series description that it is also referred with the second name.

Created a series for "La Bête du Lac" as that is the original title.
Noted the French series title in the series description.

On a series page, it is always the default edition (= most popular, most shelved) that will show. Therefore policy is not to create a series for each language, only when the numbering is different.

The French series title is still in the title field of the French edition, and will show on some pages.

I used the formatting in parentheses for the title but it's not showing up in the series.

A book has to be added to the series by a librarian. I have added book 2 to the series.
