Posting a rating of one star

I don't understand how anyone can rate a book one star when it isn't even out for release yet and I haven't given any arcs out yet. However, someone did. Just a heads up. I don't usually respond to trolls, but this is ridiculous.
Isn't this against some kind of policy?

This is not a Librarians Group issue, but one for the Contact Us link on the Help page. Librarians can help with issues pertaining to specific book records or most related issues, but have no control over general site functionality or related issues. Closing thread.
