SOLVED. Sci fi story involving cryogenic sleep and double lives [s]

A few years ago a friend of mine told me about this book, and I have never read it so the description will be vague. I have been wanting to read it ever since but the person couldn't remember the title and I haven't been able to find it.

Basically the books is about a society where people stay in cryogenic sleep for most of the time. They rotate their waking up times, so some people will be awake for X amount of time, and then they will go back to sleep and the other group of people will wake up. The story is about a man who has figured out how to stay awake for both (or more than 1) rotation, and he lives with a different identity each time. So during one rotation he has a family and they know him as one person, then instead of going back to sleep he lives another life with a different wife, etc.

Glad we could help. Unfortunately, the Dayworld series seems to be out of print. If your library doesn't have it, there are second-hand copies available from online sellers. I wish whoever owns the rights would put it out in e-book format as I'd like to read it again myself.

I was 100% convinced this title read cryogenic sheep and I was so disappointed when I realised it didn't :'(
