SOLVED. Hero is a cop, Heroine is the judge's daughter [s]

Hello there I am looking for a romantic suspense book which features a hero who is a cop and a heroine who is the judge's daughter.The book starts with the hero ticketing the heroine for parking in the wrong spot. The heroine tries to explain but he is not having it. The judge comes along and asks the hero whats going on, he explains. The daughter then calls the judge daddy, the hero is surprised because there he was ticketing the judges daughter.

I remember that the heroine and the hero slept together and I guess they forgot to use protection or it broke or something because he told her if she got pregnant he wanted to know.
Weeks pass and when she shows up at his office, he knows she is pregnant.

There was a fall out between the two, don't remember the reason. I do remember, however, that someone broke into the heroine's house and she called him but he didn't find any evidence of a break in so he made it seem as though she made it all up just to get him to come by. They fought, he left.

A few days pass and someone breaks into her house again.I think she is attacked before she locks herself in a room and calls her brother (?)
instead of the hero. Hero hears the report over transmitter (?) and rushes over there. He is angry at himself and the situation and when he arrives the brother yells at him and she wont talk to him.

I also remember that when he is back in her good graces and forgives him, they are at a party at her house and his colleague made a remark about how he was clever in knocking the heroine up..a good career move. The hero is angry and the colleague is kicked out by the heroine's brother.The hero was touched.

This is probably the whole plot of the book lol. All that is missing is the author and title.

The Right to Remain Mine by Linda Kage seems to match your description. One GR reviewer says, "Willow DeVane is a hotshot divorce lawyer who has a judge as a father... Raith Malloy is a hotshot detective who hates lawyers who get criminals to go free when they are guilty... We first meet our characters in the court parking lot. There is instantly sparks from both of them. He is trying to give her a parking ticket and she is doing everything she can to get out of it."
