"I don't have any enemies." Maja said, "I think it's ridiculous to decide who should be your friends and enemies should be based on houses."

"That's surprising. Everyone's got at least one enemy." He commented. "Others don't seem to think that. They only care about their houses." Jasper replied, sighing softly. The train stopped as they finally got there.
"Well if I have enemies, I don't know them." she shrugged. "I don't see a point." She stood up as the train came to a stop.
Jasper shrugged. "Haven't you noticed how much Slytherins don't get along with anyone else? How we're all plotting evil?" He replied, sighing. He didn't really like talking about his house or any of the houses.
She shook her head. "Nope. Though, I don't really notice many people that I don't already know." she shrugged.
Jasper shrugged. "If you watch, you'll notice it." He told her. "Come on. We probably should get going." He said, stepping out into the hall.
Jasper walked beside her. He seemed a lot less excited about it. He loved learning, but didn't really love school. He looked over at her.
"Yep. A new year. And there's only one more after this one." He mumbled, following her off the train. Jasper guessed that once she found her friends, she'd probably disappear and forget about him.
"Yep. I'll finally be able to get away from my family and find the life that I want.." Jasper mumbled. He ran a hand through his hair, messing it up. He sighed softly and glanced over at her.
"They all think we are so special for being pure bloods and that we need to be treated with more respect, blah blah blah." Jasper responded. He nodded, walking to the carriage with her.(Think of his family like the Malfoy's..))
Jasper shrugged. "Oh well. Like I said, once I'm eighteen I never have to speak to them again." He responded.
"Well....good for you." Maja climbed into the carriage, settling into one of the seats. "Hop on up."
Jasper shrugged. He climbed into the carriage, sitting across from her. He slouched some because if he sat up straight, he was almost too tall.
((should we have some others join them?))Maja curled up in the seat, already getting a little tired. She'd gotten up early that morning, having left all her packing to the last minute.
((We can. Your choice.))"Tired?" Jasper asked her softly, smiling. He was wide awake. It was night time, his favorite time of day so he didn't want to sleep.
She nodded. "Yeah, a little."A younger girl's face appeared next to the carriage. "Hey, can my brother and I sit here?" They looked like Hufflepuffs.
Maja looked over as Jasper. "You mind?"
((do with them what you will))
Jasper shook his head. "No. I don't mind." He said both to Maja and the other girl. "Don't forget to come find me sometime for those books." He reminded Maja.
"Good." Jasper nodded. Maybe this year won't be so bad, he thought to himself. After all, he'd started to make a friend.
The carriage started moving, and the two Hufflepuffs started their own conversation. "It's a nice night." Maja said quietly.
She nodded. "Yeah, it is too bad." She leaned back so she could look at the sky. "I love the stars."
"Me too. At night, at home it's nice to go sit on the roof and just watch the stars." Jasper commented, smiling lightly.
"Not even astronomy. Just the skies and stars in general are amazing." He replied with a light smile.
Jasper sighed softly at the sight of the school. He ran a hand through his hair, mentally having a conversation with himself.
"I was mumbling to myself how in just a few minutes, things will change again.." He said with a shrug. "See, not important..."
The carriage came to a stop and the two Hufflepuffs clambered out quickly, leaving Maja and Jasper alone again. "Come in, let's go." She said.
Maja jumped down beside him, smiling. "Let's go," she said, smiling, though not as wide as she had before.
