message 351: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) "It's alright." Green replied, moving his hand to get feeling back in it.

Ari put her stuff back in her bag, biting her lip lightly.

message 352: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) Night came out of his corner, heading for Ari. He'd see the concerned look I her face. "Are you sure everything's all right?" he asked quietly.
Zia smiled at Green. "Still, I'm sorry."

message 353: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) "Yeah. I'm sure." Ari said with a nod. She smiled reassuringly at Night. She took of her beanie, it annoying her. She didn't even care about her neon hair at the moment.

"It's okay Zia." Green replied.

message 354: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) Night nodded. "Nice hair," he said with a smile.
Zia smiled. "Thanks," she mumbled.

message 355: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) Ari smiled sheepishly and looked down, "thanks." She mumbled. After a moment, she looked at Zia. "You feeling alright..?" She asked.

Green nodded.

message 356: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) Zia nodded. "Yeah, I guess. It still hurts a little."

message 357: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) "It's gonna be sore for a little while. I have some pain stuff I can give you but it'll probably make you tired.." Ari replied.

message 358: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) Zia shook her head. "I'll be fine without it."
Night squinted at Ari. "How do you have all this stuff?"

message 359: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) "Alright." Ari nodded. She looked at Night. "My mom used to be a doctor. She taught me basic first aid stuff. We always kept a backpack in our house with medical supplies and basic survival stuff, just in case." She paused, taking a breath. "When they Came for my parents,I did as I was told, I grabbed the bag and I ran.." Ari finished softly, looking down.

message 360: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) Night nodded, going to stop her from having to continue. "That's okay." he said, "I understand."

message 361: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) Ari nodded. She was silent for a moment, watching the ground. She took a deep breath and shifted her attention to Zia again.

message 362: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) Zia gave her a reassuring smile. They'd talked about this sort of thing before, not in detail or anything, but enough to know the story.

message 363: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) Ari smiled weakly back at her. "You should get some rest." She said softly.

message 364: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) Zia nodded, "Yeah, you're probably right."

Night nodded too. "We have a bed- sort of."

message 365: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) "You got shot. The rest will help you.." Ari said softly. Ari wasn't tired and she probably wouldn't even be able to sleep if she Tried.

message 366: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) "I know." Zia attempted to stand, finding it hard to level herself up without straining her injured arm. Night moved forward to help.

message 367: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) Ari helped her up, being closer than night.

message 368: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) "Thanks," Zia said, smiling at Ari. She headed for the small, low bed pushed against one wall. It was the only one in the building.

message 369: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) Ari walked with her over there, worried about Zia.

message 370: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) Zia waved Ari off as she sat on the bed. "I'll be all right, Ari, I promise." She said with a little smile.

message 371: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) Ari nodded. "I know. I'm still allowed to worry about you though." She replied softly.

message 372: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) Zia sighed, knowing she wouldn't win. "Fine," she said. "Just let me sleep, okay?" She lay down, getting as comfortable as she could.

Night glanced at Green, then came up behind Ari and lightly touched her arm. "She won't go to sleep if you hover." He said.

message 373: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) Ari nodded. She turned to walk back over to where she had left her stuff when Night touched her arm. She jumped and looked down. "I know." She walked over and sat down by where she had left her backpack.

message 374: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) He smiled at her,a little awkwardly, and sat at the small table. They weren't used to visitors.

message 375: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) Ari opened her backpack, taking out her notebook full of stories. She didn't know what to say to the guys so she just didn't say anything.

message 376: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) This was awkward. Night looked to Green for help.

message 377: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) Green shrugged. "Just talk to her or something." He mouthed.

Ari glanced over at Zia, biting her lip lightly.

message 378: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) Night spread his hands out, mouthing, "How?!"

message 379: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) "Ask her questions?" Green suggested with a shrug.

Ari sighed softly and grabbed a pen from her bag. She started writing, adding more to one of the stories.

message 380: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) Night scowled at him. "What are you writing?" He asked abruptly.

message 381: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) Green smiled lightly.

"Stories.." Ari replied, shifting and looking over at Night.

message 382: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) "What kind?" He felt like he was intruding, but didn't know what else to say.

message 383: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) "Just whatever.." Ari said softly, biting her lip. She tapped the pen lightly against the notebook.

message 384: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) "Come on, tell me about them!"

message 385: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) "Well.. What do you want to know?" She asked shyly. Ari wouldn't admit it but Night kind of intimidated her.

message 386: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) He shrugged, looking around. "I don't know- everything! What genre are they?"

message 387: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) "Some are real. Some are fantasy." Ari sighed in annoyance. She closed the notebook and handed it to him.

message 388: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) He noted the annoyance in her voice and frowned. "Don't show me if you don't want to!" He protested. "I was just... Trying to make this less awkward?" He looked towards Green.

message 389: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) Ari took a deep breath. "That's fine. But no offense, you could do it in a better way." She commented softly.

Green rolled his eyes at the two of them. "When did you start writing Ari?" He asked her, his voice calm and quiet.

message 390: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) Night flushed. "Sorry," he mumbled.

message 391: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) "It's fine." Ari told him. She looked over at Green. "I don't really know. A while." She answered.

message 392: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) "Why did you start?" Night was trying not to be so loud this time.

message 393: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) "Just, I liked stories and I'd make them up in my head. I started writing them down." Ari explained. She was answering Night's questions better now that he seemed calmer.

message 394: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) He nodded, thinking. "Did you like to read, then?"

message 395: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) "Not really." Ari admitted with a shrug.

message 396: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) Night shrugged. "Okay. So... Do you write often?"

message 397: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) "I used to, not as much now.." Ari sighed softly.

message 398: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) That made sense, based on what she'd said earlier. "Too busy?" Night asked, trying to keep the tone light.

message 399: by Fallen (new)

Fallen (fallencatalyst) "Yeah. And I just don't have many ideas anymore." Ari replied.

message 400: by Ema (new)

Ema (gee-fiera) "It might take time." Night said, shrugging. "Ideas come and go."
