Kobra stepped back. "I hope I didn't wake her on accident..."

"She'll fall back asleep if you did.." Ari mumbled.
"I hope so." He shook his head. "How are you, Ari."
Ari shrugged again, biting her lip. She wasn't wearing her beanie and didn't have her backpack with her for once..
"Am I making you uncomfortable?" he asked. He didn't want to do that.
Ari shook her head. "You're alright."
"The only one who really makes me kinda uncomfortable around here is your brother." Ari said hesitantly.
Kobra grimaced. "I'm really sorry about him. I don't know what his problem is."
"It's not your fault that he acts that way.. Oh well, it is what it is." Ari answered.
"I know, but he could be less of a jerk." Kobra said, rolling his eyes.
Kobra shook his head. "I don't know why he's acting like this."
"I don't know either. He just doesn't trust me." She answered.
"I don't see why he has any reason not to. You haven't done anything wrong."((I'm gonna go to bed now!))
"I'm shy and that makes him suspicious I guess." ((Night.))
"I just don't see why it would." Kobra said. "Jet and Ghoul are shy too but no is suspicious of them."
"You've both known those two for years though. You learned to trust each other." Ari replied.
Kobra shrugged. "I guess so." He shook his head. "Whatever. I don't understand, but whatever."
"So." Kobra shook his head. "I'm sorry about him."
"How are you liking it out here?" he asked, trying to change the topic.
"I don't know. I'm still not used to it." Ari shrugged.
"I'm sure you will," he said with a smile.
Ari bit her lip. She looked down, not saying anything.
"So, um." He shook his head, not even knowing what he was going to say.
Ari smiled faintly. "What?" She asked him.
"I actually don't know." He chuckled at himself.
"Alright." Ari rolled her eyes at him.
He shrugged, "Sorry, I just can't think of anything else to ask you."
"You hungry? You didn't eat anything last night..."
"Not really." Ari answered. She had eaten a granola bar earlier.
He laughed. "I guess Zia is the talker of the two of you?"
Kobra shrugged. "Figures. She seems like the type."
"Yeah. She is." Ari nodded in agreement.
