His dad killed himself and several Enclave soldiers with nuclear radiation to prevent The Enclave from learning his scientific discoveries. Wilhelm later crippled the Enclave, and now they have seemingly vanished, playing prerecorded messages on a loop on their radio station once more.

History: Nobody knows where this master murderer came from, but one thing is for certain: she is not a force to be reckoned with. One of the most feared killers of the wastes, her name has become that of myth told around campfires at night to frighten others...many believing her tales. Only in the heavily fortified settlements do people not know the fear she poisons people with. Rumor has it she is a member or possible leader of an organization called "Sisterhood of the Blades", but no evidence of such a group exists, leaving this killer to be known as a one person act.
Personality: Highly unstable, she can appear to be perfectly normal one moment, then start acting like the stereotypical psycho girl of a horror the next moment, then a moment after that raving about things that make no sense at all, such as bicycles made of meat.
