Finding the book in Australia

Does anyone else have trouble finding this book in Australia? I'm going to look on eBay and avenue bookstores (the two places I haven't checked yet) but if anyone has any idea where I could find it it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I'm in Melbourne and I ordered it from The Book Depository last week. It was about $20.

I've been doing library searches (even uni) and haven't come across it. Will try Book Depository.

Yes I couldn't find it at a library either. There was one copy at a library near me but it had so many reserves I knew I wouldn't get it read in time for the discussion so decided to buy it.
