Welp, I'm back, this time with a story set in the 60s (like usual...) at a party where a man encounters a very familiar face.

I wrote a short story, if you can really call it that. There's not really much of a plot. I was doing this more to exercise character and dialogue and play with writing style, so if you're into critiquing that sort of thing, I'd appreciate it. Gracias.

I really liked it! I kind of saw the end coming, but that didn't detract from the story to me. I guess I'd really just like a bit more backstory, mostly about their childhoods? The part about Wales was a bit hazy to me.

Yeah, haha, I know the actual story isn't all that good. I just had these two characters pop in my head and I wanted to write them down before I forgot about it and experiment with a few aspects of storytelling that wasn't the actual storytelling itself. I wanted to see if there was any interest in the characters themselves so thanks!
