SOLVED. He fight illegal fights in basements at a university [s]

I am looking for at book in two parts, the first is her story, the second his. They meet at a university where she studies and he is aloof. He fights in basements for money where a friend helps him. They have misunderstandings and so on. At one point she watches him fight but a fire breaks out, and she flees, but is trapped in the building. He saves her. The second book tells his side of the story, and explains some of the misunderstandings.
Do any of you know the name of the books or author?

Beautiful Disaster? I felt I've read the scene before, but I can't really remember the title but this book is the only book with university underground boxer in my Calibre history and is in her perspective and Walking Disaster in his.
