When someone say that he has a crocodile in his well I can argue infinitely that he rather has a Lizard. Till the time he shows and convinces me. Then also I can argue that my grandfather had one weighing about two ton. Let us see the real one and accept the existence as it is.Please wait.

Lee I already assured you, I shall bombard the world with a heavenly feast to gorge upon. Jesus shed his blood to emancipate us from the curse but so far only 34% of the population accepted it in tits and bits. And among us we fight for the bread rather than the crumbs. I do expect the same to the book I present. In the next 2000yrs, 34% unless there is a real craving for the truth.
About the scriptural evidences, you do not need to go to anyone, except to your conscience and the Bible at your hand. The same shall explicate each findings in my book.(please refer an old KJV version for clarity)

I shall neither claim Jesus nor has I ever deserve. But I can tell you one thing. I shall let you shed a drop of tear picturing him through my book. And my book is not about Jesus but about the schemes of God.

Rod,
if you have time, just have a peek at my website, The chapter titles may itself give an idea about what is coming. The home page may shed some light on the subject matter and in two weeks you shall have the book.

message 105: by Lee (new)

Lee Harmon (DubiousDisciple) | 2112 comments I can read what the words actually say, Rod, rather than reading pre-conceived beliefs into them. It's a skill that fundies lack.

message 106: by Rod (new)

Rod Horncastle No you can't. You've proven that many times. You barely trust any of them.

message 107: by Rod (new)

Rod Horncastle For instance: prophecies of Jesus in the O.T...

message 108: by Lee (new)

Lee Harmon (DubiousDisciple) | 2112 comments Pick your favorite prophecy and I'll tell you what it really says.

message 109: by UrumPen (new)

UrumPen | 48 comments Can any one of you elaborate on, "notwithstanding he that least in the Kingdom is greater than he"

message 110: by Rod (new)

Rod Horncastle What Lee wishes it says. This'll be a fun game.

message 111: by Rod (new)

Rod Horncastle Matthew, Jesus eternal Kingdom will be a wonderful place - even for the peasants.

message 112: by Robert (new)

Robert Core | 1864 comments Peasants in heaven? I'm not going there - I've seen enough slackers already on earth several of which have gravitated to this board and are gumming up this topic.

message 113: by Rod (new)

Rod Horncastle Well, we can't all be John the Baptist and Moses. I'm happy to be a heavenly peasant. Some will be in charge - some will wonderfully BE. Possibly you & I Robert.

message 114: by Lee (new)

Lee Harmon (DubiousDisciple) | 2112 comments Mathew, technically, John the Baptist was not in the Kingdom. He was the herald of the Kingdom, announcing its arrival and pointing to the long-awaited Messiah.

The claim is that those who join in the Kingdom to make it a reality, presumably by spreading the teachings of Jesus (love, joy, peace, compassion etc.) are greater than the herald.

message 115: by Rod (new)

Rod Horncastle So what is a liberal historical Jesus doing in THIS Kingdom Lee? About the same as Napoleons ghost?

message 116: by Lee (new)

Lee Harmon (DubiousDisciple) | 2112 comments Well, here is Matthew's version: "lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." (Meaning, of course, the Kingdom age). This is the end of the book, so I have to leave off explaining what it says and let your beliefs take it from here.

message 117: by UrumPen (new)

UrumPen | 48 comments To all my friends,
I am going to reveal a plethora of treasures through Matthew 11:11:15 That led to the biggest ever revelations in Bible since Bible. Yesterday I wrapped up the Edits.
My only concern is my style of writing. The naive, rash driving as one friend quoted after reading the first chapter. I shall be grateful to Lee, Rob, Rod and Joshua should you please comment on it.

We erred on the entire doctrine. We miserably erred. This verses actually is the crux of the doctrine but Satan played havoc with the situation and hence we are blurred. As a novice I started on this thread and ended up weaving the most remarkable Linen ever made in human history. Rod, am not talking too much!

message 119: by Robert (new)

Robert Core | 1864 comments Matthew - would you knock off the hyperbole. As a novice, you most assuredly DID NOT weave the most remarkable Linen in human history. Lee, Peter, and I all have several books out as do many other members on this board who aren't contributing right now. You're not impressing anyone and your tireless plugging is giving serious authors a bad name.

Dear Rob,
Sorry if it hurt your ego. Please do not put your foot on Lee,peter and others mouth. They have their own etiquette.
And what do you expect yourselves to tell when you come out with a book, that you have the nastiest book ever written?
Keeping that apart, I stand to my word on that. I cannot satisfy someone who shoot their blind salvos

message 121: by Rod (new)

Rod Horncastle Matthew are you going to start a New Cult? Mormons, J.W.'s, Oneness Pentecostals who only cross-dress on Thursdays during 3rd baptisms?

Sorry, Matthew - I've pretty much heard it all. Eventually it all equals sex, power, pride, money, and rebellion. (From Catholics to Liberals)
But: do share.

message 122: by Rod (new)

Rod Horncastle The Bible is the trustworthy word of God to a lost world needing a Saviour - few will find and embrace it - most will delude themselves based on their passions and pride.

Thank you Rod,
It has nothing to do with any cult rather an answer to every cult. How far away we are from the truth. I am looking for a unity in belief. That is imperative for the coming generations given the rot we are in. I am just a pawn.

message 125: by Rod (new)

Rod Horncastle Matthew, have you heard that Satan ALSO will be looking for a unity in belief? That world religion bit in The book of Revelation? Maybe you are pimping Luci's wears.

Masterpiece. I love it.
I asked this question at least a hundred time during my pilgrimage in solitude for the last one year. It is not an off mark comment you made. Rather you are prophesying it. I expect this comment from hundreds of millions.

Rod Horncastle Matthew I am guessing you are NOT a Calvinist. Bhahahaha!

message 129: by Joshua (new)

Joshua Okello | 29 comments Hello friends, should we start a new thread? This one is getting long! And I am also going to ask another question that I am interested in hearing your opinions. You guys have been amazing! I really appreciate your comments and ideas.

message 130: by Rod (new)

Rod Horncastle I love your questions Joshua. Please do.

You are quickly learning that not all people who call themselves Christians actually are. It's sad sometimes.

UrumPen | 48 comments Rod wrote: "Matthew I am guessing you are NOT a Calvinist. Bhahahaha!"
The problem is, I myself do not know where I should put me at. I have nothing to do with the worldly ministry or am not after anyone to save them. I am presenting something, entrusted by fate,if I may call so, and either to accept or reject is the prerogative of the individual. I just do my duty, obediently, that is it.

Rod Horncastle Your duty TO WHAT?

Are you like the other 20 people i've come across that assume God has spoken specifically to them? You haven't been to heaven/hell and back have you?
I've met a few people now who claim to be prophets Or even THE Prophet. All of them have bad theology and are laughable.

Matthew comment:
"We erred on the entire doctrine. We miserably erred. This verses actually is the crux of the doctrine but Satan played havoc with the situation and hence we are blurred"

Sounds similar to Joseph Smith, Rutherford, Ellen White, Chopra... You alone have the secrets to... something.
I'm glad you're here Matthew - this is fun.

I have no secrets - I simply read the Bible and P:ray that God will give me HIS insight and truth. It's right there on the page.

I am no prophet neither a one who deserve to untie the knots of a prophets shoe. And I have none of the caliber of the above. They are all great people. And you are belittling them by that statement, whoever they are.
Now, why I said we have erred shall be explicated thoroughly. A couple of hundred quotes here would not be enough to clarify the position. Even with my book, that requires a lot of elaboration but I leave it for the acumen of the stature of above said scholars to pursue the thread.

But I would request your learned wisdom, and others as well, when you decide to read the manuscript, keep two things at hand, one is the bible, the second is your acumen for reasoning. Then, pick your stones and put me to where I should be.

And please remember on what context I said those words. I remind you Matthew(not me but the evangelist)11:11-15
