The top plate is where the royals live (Vampires, werewolves and demons). Like many other towns in the past were, the Top Plate has different weathers and unlike the other plates, it doesn't have a plate over it to keep it sheltered from the weather. In the summer its hot, autumn it usually rains, and in the winter it usually snows. However, in the spring, they're able to grow the most beautiful flowers to sell to the other plates for some extra cash, perfect job for children to have. Yes, it has a plate as the ground, but the top plate has dirt that it harvested from the ground and brought up here, so in the spring the flowers grow the best here. They can even grow trees and other plants on here. Up here with the royals can also be weapons, who are partners and/or servants of the royals, so its usually very busy and somewhat crowded here. Its village is called Brightwell village because its the brightest village out of the three plates, and, also out of the three plates, the people are the healthiest here.
