Leo is a young "man" of average stature with short unruly disheveled burgundy hair styled in a messy cut. His eyes are kept closed or squinted due to his unnatural enhanced eyesight and when opened fully display bright electric, neon eyes with a mechanical, alien appearance. Gears can be seen moving inside and a strange, luminous aura emanates from them capable of zooming in to the smallest of details shown as when he got rid of all the fleas on his dogs in an accurate and precise manner. He has a fair and smooth complexion, albeit sometimes not seen as he mysteriously gets covered in dirt whenever he comes back from a mission. Leo is typically seen to wear loose clothing such as over-sized sweat shirts, baggy trousers, or any other comfortable outfits.

Though covered most of the time, Leo has various scars stricken across his back from when he was a "child" and was abused by his so called "father". However, when asked or questioned about where these scars originated from, he holds nothing back and simply states it was done by his father because he had been a bad child. He's not really bothered by them and is not afraid to show them if asked to or when getting in a public bath house.

[Full Personality Description:]
Leo has been described as a carefree and light-hearted individual with a nonchalant atmosphere about him. He appears to have a smile as his natural sitting face when he has one, and has been known to be exceptionally friendly and social. These qualities, along with his polite and civil nature, provide that others are prone to trust him more easily than most. He's also very charming and humorously charismatic. Amusement and satire are normally how he prefers to win people over, though he will understand when a person's not up to jokes.
He displays supportive attitudes towards all those he greets and is naturally kind at heart to even strangers of a sort. He's highly extroverted and is always willing to strike up a conversation with about anyone just for the sake of socialization. He's also got a very bubbly, if not a bit overwhelming cheerful disposition a majority of the time he's around. Though it may be a bit difficult for some people to handle, he has a very large amount of energy and spends a majority of it being affectionate. Whether it be to close friends or mere acquaintances, he will display adoring fondness to almost anyone he meets no matter if they actually want it. Most of the times, he doesn't realize when he's being an annoying presence so one must say outright when he is for him to get the message. Ironically to go with that, he has a very chill and passive temperament in terms of being insulted. He doesn't take things to heart most of the time and has an inclination to brush off anything disrespectful retorted at him. Despite his extremely animate nature, he was not always like this so; originally, he was very monotone in personality and had trouble figuring out what emotions truly meant. Were it not for the help and observations he's done on humanity, he most likely would have never grown as a person. Unrelated, he has also been known to have troubling boundary issues; he dislikes not knowing things, whether they be personal or not, and it usually ends with him going through his friends' things to find out what he wants to know.
Cordial as he is, however, he is not a recommended person to confide in. As a spy, it is his job to trick and deceive others into giving out useful information they may not otherwise give out. He's not above manipulating people he knows well and is secretly a bit cruel in regards to others' well-being. In regards to his job, he's picked up a very keen talent of observation and is able to pick up on things most people wouldn't even notice. He's also good at faking personalities and his calculating disposition allows him to effectively place them into situations deemed appropriate to give him the upper hand. While he's successful as an agent in being able to take on and maintain false personas, they all take a pretty harsh toll on his mental state. The large number of guises he's had to take on has impacted him negatively and on more than occasion has he forgotten who he really is.
[Deadly Secrets and Things to Know:]
-His eyes capture more details than what would be considered normal, thus being able to see extremely better than others. It turns out his sense of sight works a little too well, so he has to wear goggles that serve as a front for his eyes when his vision gets too overwhelming for him to handle. Unlike normal goggles, they actually hamper his vision rather than improve it for his own good. However, when he doesn't appear to have them on his persona, his eyes seem to be closed or squinted to blur his vision.
-He has a dorm mate that lives with him in an adjoining room apartment; he is quite an elusive individual and not much is known about him by others save for the little they find about him through what is said by Leo.
-He's had so many secret identities and aliases that it's not uncommon for him to forget his own name throughout the day occasionally and use the wrong one.
-Interestingly enough, he has four pets at home to symbolize the number of members in his family. Two spitz and a pair of rabbits.
[Fears:] - Nothing in particular, just the normal thoughts of being alone for too long. Death doesn't really scare him as he knows that in order to kill one must also be prepared to be killed. He doesn't hold too many attachments to people despite how he appears to be close to others.
[Favorite things:] - Due to having a similar figure to that of females, Leo enjoys dressing up as a woman, wearing a wig the same color and style but with long hair. He can be seen wearing clothes similar to his clothing choice but more feminine. It's completely normal for people to mistake him for the opposite gender as he closely resembles a woman and isn't bothered at all to go all the way if his partner wishes to. That is if they are not disgusted by his real gender.

[Abilities and Limitations (Weaknesses):] Kamigami no Gigan: An artifact implanted and given to him by his father. He has heightened visual senses, allowing him to see fast movements normally impossible for human eyes to follow, or minute details with great clarity. The eyes are also equipped with a self-restoration function such that over time, they will heal themselves of any damage sustained. Using the power of his eyes is limited as using them for prolonged periods causes the to overheat and bleed. Functions of his eyes include Vision Transmission where Leo projects what he sees into the minds of others, effectively sharing his sight with them and Vision Shuffle: Leo alters the vision of those around him by shuffling their field of visions.

[History]
Leonidas wasn't born, he was created. Therefore, he isn't human unlike the rest of his family members. At first, he was created solely for the purpose of being a child as his mother could not bare children at the time. Unlike others of his species, he grew up at a similar rate like that of humans however the phases in which he stayed were double the time average children spent. During the time he was a child, his parents realized that Leo was all wrong and did not act like how they expected him to; rebellious and adventurous like a human boy would act, instead being an empty shell that knew only to obey and say whatever was commanded of him. His mother was distraught at his behavior and soon became uncomfortable being around the kid. His father whom became cold towards the child usually kept him locked up in a dark, empty basement where he would chain him to the wall or strike him in the back. Though because Leo could not comprehend yet the feeling of pain or hurt, he usually had a blank stare as he was beaten. It wasn't until his mother finally became pregnant that the beatings stopped and he was ignored completely after the baby was born. Through various days of observation on how his parents interacted with their new son, he was slowly able to realize what had been wrong with him but due to him being an adolescent he was no longer able to be a part of his "parent's" family and he eventually left the closure of his home and entered the reality known as the outside.
