Hi Dima,
Don't know if you are interested in using it for the Reverse Card if it is still available but I read this book.

Can the same book be used for two cards? I would love to do that if so!

Lisa,

Did you like the book? I'm new to James Patterson's books and so far I don't know if I want to read more of his books after I finish this one.

No it can only be used for one (I believe the Draw 2 card is the only card that allows one book to be used for two cards) but we get more points for the reverse card

Ok I told Dima earlier when she said she wanted to read 2nd Chance that I had read it and she could use it for the reverse. Since you are using the reverse I guess that means she is using it for the 2 card. With that said can things be switched around later. I hope this makes sense but lets say we have a reverse in another hand need to use this book (2nd Chance) can it be moved around to a different hand to ensure we get the most points? Assuming we have another book that fits with Card 2 in the hand? (I really hope I made sense in that question.....)

message 113: by [deleted user] (new)

Books can be moved around as we need to until the end of March. They will then be locked in and the points awarded and we go on to April's hands.

I totally can relate Autumn! If it wasn't for audio books that I listen to during my daily commute, I don't think that I'll be able to read a thing.

Lisa (skottiesgerl) | 94 comments one more time any cards available for hand 3 and 4? sorry I am a bit behind. My chihuahua of 13 years became sick and passed away suddenly last week and I haven't dealt with it very well. I have less than 75 pages left and I will be done with the first book and able to start on my second book. Just let me know

Autumn {Seasoned Reader} (seasonedreader) | 27 comments Oh Lisa, I'm SO sorry! Don't rush yourself. My pups run a very close second to my children and I have a 14 year old toy fox terrier who is indeed my first baby so I completely understand. Hugs...

Autumn {Seasoned Reader} (seasonedreader) | 27 comments I should try the audio book thing Dima..problem is I live in Bermuda and my commutes all range around 5 minutes each, lol! Kids aren't old enough to go into their violin lessons themselves otherwise I would sit in the car and listen.

Autumn {Seasoned Reader} (seasonedreader) | 27 comments Sorry, just realised I didn't answer your question Lisa.

Does anyone have a problem with Lisa using a 4 card for hand five? I don't remember what we decided on in terms of playing the hands but I've no problem with it if it's ok for everyone else?

Veronica (veraj121) Completed Pretty Girls by Karin Slaughter 4.0 For hand 1 - SKIP

O.k. I had to think about how I was going to rate this book. This my first book I read of this Karin Slaughter. Let me just say this. Very few books scare me. This one scared me. The fact this could have happen and there are sick people in the world like this froze my heart. The acts of brutality was horrific. The feeling and hopelessness was so profound that almost gave up on this book. But I am so glad I pushed on. The sisterly love. The love of your children and your family was so strong I was almost in tears. I dont want to say too much about this book. There were so may twist and turns. But its a must read. I am almost afraid to read any more of her books. I am being a chicken right now. LOL
