Marcy (marshein) | 71 comments Michael: I have just begun revamping my two blogs into one website. Barely wet my toes, so it'll be a couple of months til I'm done, but when I am, I would love to be featured on your Shout Out. What a lovely, and generous, gesture!

Michelle Eastman (goodreadscommichelleeastman) | 4 comments Hello to all. I recently self-published my first children's picture book. I am also new to the blogging world. I am passionate about children's picture books and literacy. November is Picture Book Month. So, I am inviting people to post a favorite memory or to explain how a picture book/author has touched your heart. Everyone who posts a comment will be entered to win a free copy of my book, and I will donate a copy of it to a local children's charity as well. I'd love to hear from you. Please head over to my post at https://michelleeastmanbooks.wordpres...

I am on Wordpress at https://michelleeastmanbooks.wordpres...
If you love children's books, I blog about them there. Thank you so much, and Happy Picture Book Month!

Rebecca Bryn (rebeccabryn) | 10 comments This isn't something I've done before, but with my next novel, Destiny, which I'm presently re-writing, I've decided to blog about it as I write, and include the first 10,000 words, approx, of this draft in serial form. It has to be in serial form as I haven't written some of it yet! It was partly inspired by the proverbs of the Oromo and Berber peoples of Africa, and is set loosely in the High Atlas Mountains for reasons I couldn't possibly divulge. The following is an Oromo proverb.
