Lieke | 1066 comments I took a small break from A Clash of Kings to read Lang zal ze leven by Koos Meinderts. A dutch children's book, only 152 pages. The book is about an old woman who doesn't want to live anymore and a 16 yo girl, it makes you think about life and death.

Lieke | 1066 comments Finished a thin book that I have in my bag for when I have to wait somewhere. Nelleke Noordervliet - De leeuw en zijn hemd it was a different way to look at the history of The Netherlands, writing like a journalist who traveled back in time and did interviews with people.

Lieke | 1066 comments I finally finished rereading A Clash of Kings, not strange since it has more than 900 pages.

Lieke | 1066 comments I finished Universele Reisgids voor Moeilijke Landen by Jelle Brandt Corstius, a book by a dutch writer about traveling in "difficult" countries. It was very funny and had some good tips.
I also finished Blinde wilg, slapende vrouw by Haruki Murakami. I read it in a few weeks, a few pages or a complete story each day. Still not sure what I think about it, there where some strange stories in the book.
