Marked the editions added later as ACEs for corresponding books. Updated publication date for ACEs to reflect the date they were added instead of using original publication date. To set whichever edition you want as default (that comes up on author page, user searches, etc) for each book, please follow these steps.

You can leave them as is, or you can label them, as you wish :) When a book has a lot of editions, it's good to have a note that such and such is "ACE" as it might get inadvertently deleted as duplicate.One more clarification: it's not the primary edition that gets the ASIN, it's the first published edition. The rest (if they don't have ASIN/ISBN) are the ACEs.
Authors can set whichever edition they choose to as primary using the steps Michael linked to.
I moved them to your profile. For future edits of books and quotes your profile uses 4 spaces to disambiguate from other Tom Skinner profiles: Tom^^^^Skinner (where ^ is space).
1. Done. To avoid confusion it's merging that I did (deleting the duplicate edition), they were already combined.

One more note: These books have ASIN placed in the ISBN13 field:

and I can't move it to the ASIN field because that ASIN is already in use by another edition. Please have a look at them and determine which is the edition that was initially published with that ASIN and then we can mark the later edition as alternate cover edition and remove/add ASINs as necessary.
