please correct typos and add author

I tried to delete the problem entries, but I am getting errors.

On the print edition, please change S,K, Gregory to S.K. Gregory. Also delete author listed as 1234.

Additionally, on both editions, please add Goodreads Author D.T. Neal. It will NOT allow me to add him, even though he has a story in the book. I suspect it is because he is also the co-editor of the book, but uses David T. Neal for that role. His Goodreads author page is:

Fixed S.K. Gregory and deleted 1234 but I can't add D.T. Neal either. Another librarian may know how to do it.

The system won't allow you to directly add a second author if it's too similar to the first one. So the workaround is to add a fake temporary name (I'm partial to temptemp, but anything you are sure doesn't already have an existing author profile should work) to each book you want the second author on. Then merge the fake name with the desired name.

I created a fake name "tempy" but could not find a way to merge it into D.T. Neal's Author bio.

Could someone just delete the "Tempy" author? Thanks!
