I too was floored that (view spoiler)[ Kaz let him go - but he wants to be the one to ruin him and leave him penniless and that couldn't happen if he was killed in prison. Kaz sure stripped him clean tho didn't he? I was also a bit surprised that Kaz sold his shares in the Crow club. But he doesn't really have anything else to "sell" (hide spoiler)]

I also knew (view spoiler)[ they would not get the money for whatever reason. I hope Vanek knows what he's done! This is gonna be an intense pay back and it's gonna get messy and costly. (hide spoiler)]
