Yeah I'm starting to stress out over it but I just really want to read lol
Lol worst thing to do is stress when studying, what you studying for? A test or assessment?
I finished two assignments today which is a relief but I have another one due Tuesday and am studying for another test on Wednesday. And then there is also subject selection that my parents are stressing me out about. So reading has definitely been an escape for me in the past few days
Sounds like you've got a heck of a workload right now least that's 2 assignments down though :) Look to the positives :)

Ah notice they always do it right before half term or a bank holiday? Like they don't want us to enjoy it
Exactly! It's like hey you have a holiday next week but we will make this week super long and hard for you! Have fun! Urgh is so annoying. None of the departments communicate so they all set assessments at the same time -__-
Yeah I worked that out in college they never communicate with one another or they do and they want to kill you with assignments lol

Lol it does sound like one doesn't it? I think they have secret teacher meetings on inset days on how to make our workload harder
Just the other day my Politics and Law teacher was saying that they meet up every Monday. Why mondays? Do they not hate mondays as much as the rest of us?
I bet they meet up sleep a bit wake up grumpy then plot the assignments

Lol nope. I was going to start it tomorrow and mum has just told me that I am supposed to go to a picnic tomorrow with some family friends and all the guys are kinda douches and i don't wanna go -__-

Luckily I managed to get out of it! Over at a friends house so Mum won't be able to guilt me into going to it. Phew. Nah I don't think so, one is from scotch then the other is Christchurch and the third is hale. ;)

Done that for you Stella and just doubted myself as to whether I could read 8-12 books for next months challenge lol reconfirmed I can as I read 20 this month and it was a slow read month for me lol
Finding it hard to read my last two books for this challenge

finding it hard to get into the ghost files one and I don't really feel for the character in the enter back flame which is unusual because I usually like Cynthia Eden. I'm hoping to get an hour on these two books tonight so might be able to crank a good 3-4 chapters on each, then will have to finish them off Thursday because that's the last day of the challenge
20?! That's a lot and you say it was a slow month? lol. I'm struggling with my last one as well but I am going to try and read quite a bit tonight and leave the rest for tomorrow once I have finished off all my assessments.
Yeah for me that's quite slow lol although tbh when I do challenges I do usually push too hard lol like last year before I got into a reading slump I devoured 60 books in a month because I was being far too competitive lol

I'm not quite sure. In some ways it was alright, I liked the plot and the setting but disliked majority of the characters and it all felt a bit fake. Disappointing but it means that I can start reading the next going down in flames book tomorrow. I am super excited for it!
